This Rust-oleum Home Interior Wall Paint in Flat Uptown Cafe is as good a product as the other Rust-Oleum products I have used. The paint is a nice consistence and applies well with either a roller or brush. I did need to apply two coats to the walls since I was repainting over a different color, but it seems to cover very well. I would definitely purchase this paint over some of the other brands available.

Rust Oleum is an age old brand. For some of us, we remember Rust Oleum for it's superior oil based paints and its ability to inhibit rust on iron metal surfaces. So I had to try its interior wall paint that is now I think water based acrylic type paints that are available today. Cleanup is easy with water. I'm using this semi gloss white to cover the trim areas of my doorways, and the basement wall areas of what I'm finding is I purchased a flipped house that I was not aware. There was a lot of painted shortcuts taken. Anyway, right off the top, I stirred this paint for a good amount of time. It's important. I found as I stirred that the paint had good consistency and flowed well as I stirred and occasionally lifting the stirring stick. The paint was not thin at all, it had good body to it. As I applied it to the door frame trim, I could see good coverage with no thinning or bleed thru that would require a second coat. BTW always use a quality brush all the time. Never use a chip brush. Never. So with that I was happy how the paint coverage with one coat. A sign of a quality paint. It dried to a decent semi-gloss sheen, and when applying there was hardly any smell of the paint. So that is important to me when doing interior painting. BTW its made in the USA. One of few things made in the USA.

This interior flat paint by Rust-Oleum is a great value and the shade I have in “Grey Storm” is beautiful. Like most paints when it dries, the color is slightly different (darker in this case). This is a flat paint so it’s not glossy and dries with a matte finish. It is enhanced with primer & is mold/mildew resistant. This paint is easy to apply and perfect for touch ups, accent walls, and to repaint wood furnishings. What I like about this product is the mildew/mold protection and ultimately this beautiful color. This paint is also available in eleven other colors. I recommend Rust-Oleum interior paint for any of your home painting needs.

The RUST-OLEUM HOME 1 GAL. EGGSHELL RIPPLE INTERIOR WALL PAINT was delivered in a well packaged box in the mail with no damage at all to the cans. The attached pictures show how well it was packaged. The egg shell paint went on very well over the the primed wallls in the bathroom one coat was perfect and the color is great just as shown in the paint sample.

This review is for the Rust-oleum Home One gallon Eggshell North Shore interior wall paint. I love the color of this paint, it's a deep Navy with a touch of Gray to it.. I'm going to use it in my bathroom. Halfway up the wall with a White wainscotting. This paint came very well package as you can see from the pictures. And it came in a timely manner. Dries very quickly!

I like these two packs - most of my projects can just about be done with one gallon of paint, but usually bleed into the next gallon. These two-packs of premixed colors just make it easier. There is a good selection of base colors. The paint has a good amount of pigment in it and one coat usually is enough to cover. Good consistency and easy to work with. Covered over my basement cinderblock nicely.

RUST-OLEUM HOME 1 GAL. SEMI-GLOSS FRENCH LINED INTERIOR WALL PAINT (2-PACK), is a really nice paint ! I actually used this paint for my basement, and I was truly impressed. Now, we all know Rust-Oleum has been making paint forever, but WOW ! I opened the 1 Gallon can, and it looked like it was just stirred up. I went ahead and stirred the paint anyway. This paint went on very smoothly, and really covered well. Very easy to spread, and work with, and even on concrete ! It dries with an awesome plastic looking glossy finish, I again was very impressed. Do make sure, that you have adequate ventilation when using, this paint does have a little bit of a odor. But a truly quality product !

Pretty good paint. I've been using Rust-Oleum for years, but always the spray cans for metal rails, doors, etc. Glad they finally expanded and make household paint as well. It shipped quickly, but I'm not sure how "mixed" it is since all paint settles. It was very well packaged and sealed at the top. Unless it fell out of the the delivery truck and tumbled on the street, I don't think you'll have an issue there. I still mixed it very well before opening then continued to mix it with a stir stick before painting. I also poured them (I got multiple gallons) into a larger bucket and mixed it in there with a stir stick. We used this for a rental family room and eggshell was a good choice. Some may want to go with semi gloss but our units are pretty big with huge windows so there's a slight glare with semi-gloss. It would've made it easier to clean but we're happy with eggshell. I really like that they have a pretty big paint swatch on the front then a huge circle on the top to show you the color.

Decent Paint for the Price Rust-oleum’s premixed paint lives up to most/all the claims on The Home Depot product page. I liked the small amount of sheen for this eggshell paint. It is close to matte finish of some other paints. I do not like traditional eggshell that much since it does not touch up that well, can show lap marks, and if scrubbed too hard can look dull compared to the surrounding area. The paint came well packaged with styrene spaces top and bottom to protect the cans. The can itself features an innovative plastic ring that can be placed back on the can once the lid is removed. That keeps paint out of the lid groove—nice idea. The paint goes on properly prepped surfaces easily and lays down smoothly reducing the amount of roller and brush texture. Coverage is as advertised or about 375 to 400 sf per gallon and cleanup is easy as well. Odor is minimal and gone in a few hours to overnight. I am using it on the lower section of my garage walls that have not been painted in 20 years and were long overdue for a refresh. I am painting both the small baseboard and the chair rail with this paint and will use a lighter flat/matte color for the rest of the wall above the chair rail. The color as seen on my computer is close to the final color on the wall. Papyrus is a neutral or slightly warm color and a good choice for the lower section of garage walls but a bit dark for the entire wall. I did have to use two coats over an off-white existing color. Part of that may be that the walls have not been painted in such a long time. If you can live with a week-long wait for delivery, then you will find this paint a good value. The downside is that you must be sure to order enough to complete the job or suffer another wait for one more gallon.

Rust-Oleum’s interior eggshell wall paint in black finishes awesome! I’m using the eggshell finish ‘paint and primer’ in BLACK to refinish my fireplace mantle. It came out splendidly! Coverage was excellent, being black, it covered most undercoats and prior fiinishes. The paint was a bit thin and drippy, so be forewarned! I wish it was a bit thicker though, for being a paint and primer in one product. But once it dried, the eggshell finish looks quite nice! Low odor, soap and water clean up is a plus!

Rust-Oleum Interior Flat ready to use wall paint in Over the Moon color, went on easily with no drips or splatter from the roller. This is my second color using this brand and style of paint, so I can confirm that it is mold and mildew resistant, excellent hide and coverage, with superior washability. I just painted a dark color bedroom with this paint and one coat did the job. Normally I don’t like flat paint but this one changed my mind. See pics below.

RUST-OLEUM HOME 1 GAL. FLAT OVER THE MOON INTERIOR WALL PAINT was used in my laundry room and on my fireplace. Was easy to apply and created a nice even coat. The coverage was good and the paint went on smoothly. This paint is not thick, more on the thin side and I like that, as I feel it gives more coverage. The color was better than I expected. The color is a very light neutral grey tone. There is an odor, its not too strong but does go away after an hour or so (not enough to deduct on quality or overall rating). It is mold and mildew resistant and thought it would be perfect for our laundry room . I live in North Carolina and with power outages due to hurricanes this paint would be perfect for any room. Overall I'm very pleased with the application, color and amount of coverage of the product.

I had a bit n of a workout trying to get the paint mixed without the violent agitators used at the Home Depot paint department. I think ordering online has its drawbacks when it comes to paint. I only needed a small amount to mix with another color to be able yi match a finish I already had. It's meant for walls to I did use it off label but I am satisfied with the results. Good paint, good price, good arm workout:-)

I love this Rust- Oleum flat uptown café interior wall paint. I thought I was gonna have to prime these old smoke,water stained and textured ceiling in a mobile home, but the primer is in the paint! It covered the ceilings with just one coat of paint. The paint wasn't watery or drippy while using a brush. I was shocked as to how good it looked with one coat! I will be using this paint on all the ceilings and see how it works on old paneling.

Rust-oleum has not been a 'go to' name brand for our interior painting chores. We have certainly used enough of their products on tools and outdoorsy sorts of things and have been pleased with the results. In any case we elected to try this for a bathroom that needed paint and have been reasonably well satisfied. The pictures show after one and two coats and we hope you can tell there has been pretty good coverage. We would use it again.

This paint is of average quality and has limited color palettes available. The Rust-oleum Home interior wall paint in different colors and finish sheens does not cover as well as I had hoped when using on primed and un-primed surfaces. It is still an easy to clean up product and has no issues in this area but coverage is not up to par when compared to other brands. The paint is a little thin in my opinion.

It's RUST-OLEUM! Never had any issues with Rust-Oleum products in 40 years! This product is no different. (Providing one follows the simple instructions). Covers very well and despite what some may think, black is easy to cover up. Cleans up easily with a little water. As I use a paint brush instead of rollers I get far more square feet out of one can than what is stated on the can (see image). Simi Gloss: Had a black ascent wall for 65" TV and associating electronics for 10+ years. Simi gloss is best. Matte is too flat and gloss attracts too much attention from the eye. This simi gloss is just right and easy to clean and or refresh over the years. Love Rust-Oleum products!

Rust-Oleum Home 1 Gal. Eggshell Sweetheart Interior Wall Paint The perfect pink that is not too pink but it is good for my daughter. I wanted a subtle pink that was light enough to brighten up my daughter bedroom and this one did the job. Easy 2 coats to apply give great coverage over old paint. Yes I did prime it because of stile that my daughter wanted when she was 9 years old, and now she did not wanted any more. I know it that it is going to be hard to repaint that room whit almost any paint, surprisingly this one did it in just 2 coats I thought I’m going to need 3 coats. The paint goes really smooth on the wall and it does not drip or live roller marks. Overall I’m really satisfied with the quality of this paint and will be using it again if I need it.

I used the 2 pack Rust-Oleum Home 1 Gal. Flat White Interior Wall Paint for my bathroom remodeling project. This paint/primer is smooth and covers around 400 sq ft each can. Even though it was supposed to be used for the wall, I found it is just as good for the ceiling area. I like that it does not has the chemical smell and it resists mold and mildew. Thanks to the hot summer weather, it dries in about 30 min. The best of it was I only need one coat and the result was quite satisfactory. This is a great product.

Rust-Oleum Home…. (The color) French Linen interior paint The Sheen (Eggshell) it’s going to take some getting used to for me. I picked this particular Paint and Color because our bedroom has needed new paint for a long long time; Paint and Primer all in one can what a great idea. I tried this paint on a small area in our bedroom to see how well it would cover over two shades of blue one dark and one light and it covered both colors perfectly. It is easy to apply and no primer to apply first, no dripping and no mess, and it dries quickly. What I like best is that eggshell looks like a flat paint but it doesn’t feel like flat paint it feels more like something between satin and semi gloss I think it will clean up like semi gloss we will see. This is a great product and I highly recommend it.

This is a very nice, high quality paint with primer. I was not sure about the color when I ordered. I did not want a "bright pink" like Hello Kitty Pink. This color was perfect. The sheen is "Eggshell". Not flat, yet not semi-gloss. For old timers like me, it dries like a light pastel Mauve or light pastel Dusty Rose. The photos shown are 1 coat over a semi-gloss white paint. The coverage was excellent. For this portion of the bathroom I used only approximately 1 inch out of the gallon can applying with a 1/4" nap smooth surface roller pad. It hides stains well except for some pencil and pen marks (which most paints would not cover without primer or two passes. It lays smooth and flat even with a brush used for cutting in. Considering the cost of primer, it is far less expensive to touch up the pen and pencil marks with a second coat rather then priming the whole room. It dries quickly and cleans up with soap and water. 5 Stars Rust-oleum.

Great paint that’s very low on voc . I can barely smell anything from the paint. This paint is thinner than most paints out there today.i like to wait four hours before applying a second coat . It’s not recommended but that’s just me . Affordable paint that’s high quality great smooth application that doesn’t leave any roller marks . Cleans easily with a damp rag .

I like this paint, won't hear me say that often. It's packaged in a mardern but traditional looking paint can. Makes it easy to use. Did not require mixing, rather it was a nice thick smooth texture upon opening. Real easy to work with. Covers nicely do all parts are coated. The cleanup was amazing, just warm water. Any drips are easily just cleaned up with a damp paper towel. This is by far one of the best paints I've seen. Simply because it's so easy to use and get professional results from it.

Rust-oleum paint has been a standard for small jobs on home projects since I was little. It appears that they want to enter the home wall paint market with the release of the Rust-oleum Home wall paint line. It is supposed to be paint and primer in one and provide excellent hide and coverage in addition to washability and mold & mildew resistance. I gave this paint 4 stars because it really didn't provide the coverage I expected. I painted the inside of my shed with it expecting that the bare wood would get good coverage with the primer component. It definitely needed 2 coats to get the coverage I was expecting. So, it says 400 square feet of coverage and if you are painting a 10 x 10 room you will need to use 2 gallons to get the coverage and hide ability. It does go on smooth and drying time is not a problem and clean-up is easy with soap & warm water. This product is made in the USA.

I am an avid fan of Rustoleum and I was so excited when this interior paint came out and so glad I got to try it. I would definitely recommend it and it will not disappoint. 1. Full coverage. I didn’t need to roll on twice since I was using enough paint to cover the first time. The coverage is real good and covers any type of grease, scuffs or markings. 2. The paint is very smooth and glides on easily. The paint is easy to handle and not heavy at all when applying it. 3. I didn’t need a primer. The paint was sufficient to cover any marking on wall. 4. I like that it is mold and mildew resistant. 5. Price is very comparable to other paints out there and it is better quality. 5. I was able to paint 2 rooms with a gallon. 6. Dries very quickly. Would t use any other brand!

we decided to update our family room by removing the carpeting and replacing it with a dark gray luxury vinyl plank flooring and replacing all of the trim work. we wanted a light neutral color paint for the walls that would complement the flooring and brighten up the room so we decided on the Rust-Oleum eggshell french linen wall paint. the walls were originally painted a medium brown tone that i thought would not be a problem to cover with this paint with primer from Rust-Oleum but i was wrong. this product is very thin, runs easily if put on to thick, does not cover well and has a strong ammonia smell. i know this is not a high dollar paint but it is not cheap either. i have used other brands of paint in the same price range that i feel were far superior to this product. i was not satisfied with this product and i would not use it again in the future.

The Over the Moon interior wall paint is a quality paint. After shipping the paint needed a good shake and stir but the consistency was nice and thick. It applied easily over an existing Swiss Coffee wall and only needed one coat with a few touch ups due to the wall's texture. The first coat dried quickly and I was able to do the tough ups in a couple of hours. I am a life long user of another two name brand but am impressed with the quality of this paint at the price.

This is a wonderful paint called French Linen eggshell made by Rust-oleum that has a smooth silkiness texture to the paint. I used a paint sprayer to apply this paint to the staircase and it only took about 15 minutes to do the whole staircase. This paint is luscious and works very well in a paint sprayer without having to mix any thinners. This paint comes in a two gallon packet which is great when you are doing a large project. I plan to paint the walls in my new bathroom using this color. It is a nice color that will match almost anything. It is easy to clean up with water and apply. It made that staircase look so much better.

I love Blue, my all time favorite color, so I had to have this 2-Pack of RUST-OLEUM HOME North Shore interior wall paint !! This is Designer Color in Eggshell, paint and primer, so no added work with this paint and I painted my whole bedroom and my exterior doors with this color, I love it that much !! This paint is washable and is mold and mildew resistant and thick enough to roll or brush on easy, Great Coverage, It's so perfect for the bath or basement too, but I wanted a dark bedroom and I'm thinking about adding it to the kitchen, that's how much I love this color !! You will love this Brand of Paint and Primer !!

Rust-oleum home interior paint comes in a great variety of seasonal colors to match up with whatever project you're working on. I am in the process of converting one of my shop spaces into a homeschooling classroom and needed a color that was warm and inviting but not distracting. I find that this paint goes on smooth and easy so long as you have done a decent job with your wall prep.
