THE RUST-OLEUM HOME 1 GAL. FLAT BLACK INTERIOR WALL PAINT (2-PACK) This is a very good quality paint that rolls on very easy and also brushes on very easily also and i used it in my workshop that it needed a facelift and this paint went on to the wood walls amazing. The paint came packaged very well and no need to worry about it spilling, I highly recommend rust-oleum paint for your projects.

Love the color Main Street. It is a perfect shade for a neutral base coat throughout your house. It is a light gray that tends to lean towards the beige side. So, it's a warm gray. Bright and looks great paired with white trim. The white trim gives a nice pop to this color. This color pairs nicely with other accent colors. I used it with a dark gray and also a navy and they work harmoniously together. Rolled on nicely and dried within about an hpur. Clean up was easy. Due to my walls having a heavy texture, I rolled them twice to get in the nooks and crannies, but it is a nice consistency and would probably cover a smoother wall in one coat. The wall pic that I took looks darker than the color actually is as the room was shadowed. This is a light color, but good choice for a base shade throughout the house.

Rust-Oleum Home 1 Gal. Eggshell French Linen Interior Wall Paint I really like the idea of premixed colors and textures. The color is true from one can to next making it easy to transition at end of can. There is a large color sticker on the tops of the cans which is handy to have. The paint goes on very well both cutting in with brush and then rolling. The addition of a primer in the paint added to marks and scuffs covering in one coat with only occasional preroll needed. The eggshell finish turned out very well and is easy to clean. I would recommend this paint to others.

Very impressive. Went on smooth and covered well.. Used on the upper half of dining room and we're planning on doing the garage ceiling, but still repairing that. Chose this because of how this is mold and mildew resistant for a little more protection for unheated garage. Each gallon covers up to 400 square feet. We got 2 gallons which should cover the 2 areas. The garage sheetrock has never been painted and all the repairs will really soaked up the paint. The paint covered evenly over an old off white in the dining room and touch ups done the next day blended in evenly. This was more of a refreshing than major color change.. When using a roller there was a little more spray than I normal get, but only if I went too fast. Slower worked better. The overall texture of the paint was thicker than other paint but it has a primer. The thickness took a little getting use to on the brush as well. But it covered great. Just need to slow down. Clean up was easy with warm water. I took pictures on 3 walls because of lighting. The color seems slightly different on each wall. Glad to see Rust-Oleum making interior wall paint.

Flat Black Interior Wall Paint (2-Pack) for free to review, This Rust-Oleum Home Advanced Paint plus Primer Interior Wall Paint is a ready-to-use formula and provides great results. I liked that it has paint and primer that offers excellent hide and coverage, superior washability and a mold and mildew resistant coating. It is easy to apply for a DIYer with some basic prep and provides a nice flat black surface. One gallon covers approximately 400 square feet.

I’ve had great success with rustoleum products and I hope this one is no exception. The colors available are very versatile for an application. It comes in different sheens and comes in 2 - 1 gallon pack. I picked over the moon as it is a subtle color. It is also paint and primer in one so unless you have terrible water stains this should work just fine.

Rust-Oleum is a go to brand for me when it comes to spray paint but I've not used it as a roll-on or brush on paint before. Needless to say, the name brand sticks to quality and performance no matter the application. The paint consistency was just right out of the can and rolled easily on the walls, providing good coverage. While the majority of the first coat was all that was needed a second coat was also needed to completely coat the wall. For a small bathroom I used 1/3 gallon to finish the job...not bad at all! I also like that the product is mildew and mold resistance for a bathroom application. The color is neutral and attractive. The paint seems to go on lighter and darkened as it dried. Dry time to the touch was about 1 hour and I applied the second coat the following day but the can says can redcoat in 4 hours. Clean up was easy with warm water.

I was happy to see that Rust Oleum is now making interior wall paint. The color used here was Main Street. You cannot tell from these names what color it is, ie. Main Street Grey, so you rely on the color shown on a swatch or web page. As I discovered, the medium grey on sample was way darker than the actual paint. It is a much lighter grey with a hint of beige. The only colors that say what they are would be the black and white. It is a pleasant color that I used on a couple of walls in my entryway so far. It looks great with my new charcoal color wood floor. I plan to paint the other walls in the entry soon. I got sidetracked when I realized my bathroom would look great in this color. I have just painted the bathroom also. This paint is very easily stirred and is not very thick. It goes on the walls very smooth. It definitely needs at least two coats. I used it over a very pale blue in entryway and cream color in bathroom. I could see the ghosts of the other color. If used over contrasting colors, it may need more than two coats. The instructions said it dries to the touch in an hour, but to clean off over paint, it has to be wiped off quickly. This is the eggshell finish which I prefer for its look and easy cleaning . The mold and mildew resistance is great for the bathroom.

In a word, “OUTSTANDING”. Before I even started, I was amazed at the packaging. You can be confident the paint will arrive intact. If not, find another shipping company. The consistency of the paint is very rich. I had zero drips when applying with a brush and roller. The application was very uniform. What stunned me was the one coat coverage over drywall with taping and mudding completed. Unbelievable. I went into the project intending on two coats. I was incorrect with that assumption. Coverage was flawless over a surface which normally is challenging to cover. The rate of coverage was 126 square feet using approximately 1/3 of one gallon. The sheen was flawlessly perfect – once again over non-primed drywall with sanded joints. Impressive to say the least. Coverage was also identical for taped and finished moisture resistant drywall (green). Have I used paint before not as good as this? Too many times. Have I ever used a better paint than this? Never! I would add that I’ve used high quality paints many times. I cannot remember a paint which has topped this.

Rust-Oleum Home ready to use wall paint. We choose this color for our guest bedroom. We liked the neutral color which was over the moon flat a very muted gray. The paint has excellent hide and coverage,which makes it nice if you have some slight imperfections on the walls. It is superior washablity which is great to use in children's rooms for easy clean up of walls. Also this paint has a mold and mildew coating. The paint is dry to touch within 1 hour and recoat after 4 hours. Each gallon covers 400 square feet of coverage. And clean up is a breeze with just soap and water

Rust-oleum has always been a trusted brand in paint and now they have the interior wall paint. it’s thick and it does go on with one coat however be careful when ordering online the color of the swatch may not actually match the color you get. however it was packaged very well there was no damage even though I had 2 gallons of paint in the package no dents no damage I would still recommend this product.

The RUST-OLEUM HOME 1 GAL. EGGSHELL UPTOWN CAFE INTERIOR WALL PAINT is a very nice quality paint. When I opened the can and put the paint stick in, I could see that the paint was a very creamy consistency even before I really started to stir it a lot. It goes on very well and has great coverage without streaking with both a paint brush or roller. It cleans up easily with soap and water and it looks very nice when it dries.

I chose Rust-Olem paint because their products are amazing. This gorgeous Eggshell North Shore interior wall paint is perfect for my new office space. It is easy to clean and has great coverage. It is smooth and easy to apply and dries quick. I have 2 gallons and that will cover my space perfectly I will definitely have some left over for future touch ups. I love this amazing blue finish.

The paint has no harsh smell what so ever. It does a great job at covering over dark paint in just one coat. You definitely don’t need to use a primer. It dries quickly too. I thought I was going to need a second coat due to how dark my walls were before, but it did the trick in just one coat. It is a nice quality paint. Color matches the label. It looks a little lighter in the pictures but that’s only because Of the light on the camera.

Rust-Oleum is now making ready to use tinted paint. You want Linen color, walk in and pick up the gallon and that's it. No mixing or color matching. It's pre-tinted from Rust-Oleum. I was sent Black eggshell interior and since we are now home schooling, we made tables to use for their desk. The paint was very easy to apply and looks great. If you don't want to mess with color matching, this will be the way to go.

The Rust-Oleum home eggshell interior wall paint is very nice. It definitely matches the color label on the top of the can. I always get paint with its own primer because it has superior coverage than paints that do not contain a primer. Believe me, I learned a hard lesson from experience and do not want to make that mistake again. It cost me twice the time and twice the money to do it right the second time. Like the saying goes: Too soon old; too late smart. The fact that it is resistant to mold and mildew is a plus for sure. I usually buy the satin sheen because it washes better than flat sheen paint. Highly recommend this wonderful paint with primer.

I had no idea Rust-Oleum made wall paint, but the eggshell finish, "French Linen" color was just what we needed to brighten up an upstairs bathroom. It was previously painted with flat, light brown color that made the room look a little dark. The new, lighter color and eggshell finish is a big improvement. It is also mold and mildew reistant, so perfect for a bathroom. This is a water based paint, so very low VOC - but in that small bathroom, after 15 minuets or so, I did turn on the exhaust fan and open a door. For the most part, I got one coat coverage using a good quality roller. Some of the areas where I used a brush - inside corners and around trim - required a bit of touch up after the first coat was completely dry. Even though this is "paint plus primer", the manufacturer specifies two coats for newly installed drywall and that it may take "multiple coats" if painting over a dark color. The paint comes in several pre-mixed colors, so if you need more you simply order online and a perfectly matched can of paint shows up at your door. Overall, assuming you like the available color options, it's a good quality, reasonably priced paint.

I am reviewing a 2-pack of Rust-Oleum home 1 gallon eggshell Papyrus interior wall paint. The is really good eggshell interior paint and the Papyrus color is vibrant. We went with a Papyrus color for our 5th bedroom The thickness of this paint will stand next to any of the top of the line paints that I have used. Coverage was impressive. I painted over a metallic paint and over a dark green pain. From the pictures you can see that the first coat with a brush did an impressive job and the second coat was very solid. The roller covered wonderfully. We are going to be happy with this paint for years to come. It is washable like any Satin paint and covers great. We recommend this paint for anywhere and any room.

As I have never had any issues with Rust-Oleum products, either spray tins or cans of paint, it seemed that this was the way to go for my project. Although thinner than was expected. I applied two coats on an already dark brown before I was content with the finish. But I am happy with that because I use different colored boards for use in my photography. The paint went on smooth and flowed over the boards easily and effective without drips that I used to find often with other brands. The small board has one coat and the larger one has two coats The cleanup just uses water to clear away the paint and for the parts on the skin I found a slight rubbing with a wet kitchen scrub sponge removes it.

Okay Paint but definitely a 2 Coat Paint. I'm a huge fan of this brand. I have used their paints for years especially on metal surfaces. I had very high expectations. So after using the paint i feel okay but a bit disappointed. I was painting a bathroom with a sky blue paint. I thought this was perfect. A paint and Primer in one. This should be quick and easy. One coat and on to the next project. NOPE. It has taken me 2 and in some places 3 coats of paint. You can see from the pictures. So lets break down the good, the bad and the ugly. First the good. The paint has a good flow to it. It goes on smooth and easy. The thickness (for a lack of a better term) is good. It isn't runny and I didn't have any drips or runs once it was applied. Next the negatives. I started cutting in the room. I completed the second wall and when I went back to the first one, I could clearly see the light blue show through. The opacity when dry was not great. I rolled the wall and trimmed the edges again. I gave it a second coat and then could still see a little of the blue "tinting" or bleeding through. Overall I love the color and the paint is going to get the job done but it is taking me about twice the amount of work to accomplish the task. It is still better than may of the paints out there but not as good as what I usually buy at HD.

A trusted name in high quality enamel paints is finally offering wall paint as I have trusted Rust-Oleum for over 40+ years as a homeowner. Looked forward to my 2-gallons of Eggshell White Interior Wall Paint but alas it was not meant to be. Delivery made but when I had completed preparation for this week’s painting I was disappointed to see the Manufacturer has sent me 2 gallons of “Black” wall paint…ugh! I’ll probably eventually find a use for this around the house but NOT today. Darn shame in this mixup but even more frustrating is the fact I will not waste a week of requested vacation time……Hay Rust-Oleum…..A for effort but F for execution!

Not sure why Rust-Oleum felt the need to get into the interior wall paint business, but here we are. Based on my shipping label, paint appears to be a Zinsser product? Paint comes in a limited number of pre-mixed colors. I tried the eggshell White as a good starting point. When stirring this paint up, I noticed immediately it wasn't as thick as some other paints I've used recently. The paint color is not a creamy white, it appears to have a grayish tint, which is not a good thing. The test strip I painted was definitely a low luster eggshell finish, so that was OK. On my test, it had decent coverage with one coat, excellent with two. Without painting a whole room, and seeing how it holds up over time, it's impossible to say just how good this paint is. While the other colors available might be fine paints, I am not happy with the grayish White. At $31 a gallon, this paint appears to be pretty pricey.

Okay so full disclosure never use the Rust-Oleum product so I'm not familiar with them or their coverage or how well they clean up or lay down but I am familiar with painting houses and familiar with the other competitors brands IE: Glidden Bear Ralph Lauren and I would say this Rust-Oleum home performs equally as well as any of those previously mentioned brands that are both paint and primary and one clean up was easy and it laid down incredibly smooth no streaks I was really surprised with it it was surprising

I wanted to try this paint and compare it to other paints I use. Also I needed a white paint to prime the interior new drywall going into a remodel. This paint should work well for the priming of the drywall. It was thinner than some interior paints I use use which means it might run and drip easier but that would be less likely with a good roller. The coverage was good. One thing I've found is that with paints that are very thick they can clot and have to be sanded, too thin and you have to use multiple coats to achieve a finish. This paint is said to be mold and mildew resistant so I especially favor it for the priming in the bath and laundry areas. It is also paint and primer in one which means it should cover discolored areas readily. For my purpose it is perfect.

My wife is an artist so background wall paint is important to her and therefore me. Even color that matches the coupons exactly is important and this did. I like the excellent coverage I got and a single coat easily covered the existing beige on the wall. The second photo shows the excellent packing done in the shipment. This box was damaged and I expected a mess, as you can see the can was dented through the 1" wrap of styrofoam inside the box and no leak. The last picture is a problem, the bedroom lights cast too white a light washing out the wall paint and now I have to get new bulbs of a warmer color.

Rust-Oleum paint has had an excellet reputation for as long as I can remember. I have never used any other Rust-Oleum paints other than spray paint. I am looking forward to painting my kitchen sink lower cabinets with this paint. I live in a house that was built in the 1950's and even though the house was really taken care of, those cabinets are showing wear. I previously painted them a beige color to match the countertop tile but it wasn't the best choice. I had one section of cabinets removed for a dishwasher which has a black front. I think this paint will be more durable, blend in with the dishwasher and have a much better look in my small, retro kitchen. I am looking forward to the update.

This Rust-Oleum Home 1 Gal. Eggshell North Shore Interior Wall Paint (2-Pack) is an okay paint; not the best, but not the worst I have used. Because it is a primer/paint in one, it claims to cover well in one coat, yet then mentions that you can add a second coat. There is your clue. One coat of dark blue over a light blue showed a lot of bleed-through when rolled or brushed. It does dry quickly, and when the second coat was applied, it did cover well. In the can, and on the website, it looks kind of blue-gray. Applied to the wall, it is a dark blue, bordering on black under room light to the eye. That is not at all a bad thing, and I really like the finished look better than what it looks like in the can or on the website. Personally, I'd call this Midnight Blue. In my photo of the second coat finished, it looks much brighter blue than it really is, and that is due to camera flash. Overall, this is decent paint, so I rated it 4 stars. Thanks Rustoleum, and Home Depot!

I was somewhat disappointed with my RUST-OLEUM HOME 1 GAL. FLAT UPTOWN CAFE INTERIOR WALL PAINT (2-PACK)! When I saw that it had primer in it, I was expecting one-coat coverage, which wasn’t the case. I was painting over a medium gold color, one I didn’t think was too dark to bleed through and require a second coat, but it did! It surprised me that the paint wasn’t as thick as I had expected it to be, but I rolled it on, hoping for the best. After using their other paint products for years with great success, I thought that their interior paint would be the same exceptional quality, but sadly, it wasn’t. Don’t get me wrong, this is still great paint, but still, I didn’t think my walls would require 2 coats!

The Rust-Oleum 1-gal. flat Papyrus interior wall paint ( 2-pack ) is a beautiful shade of wall paint. This paint has a primer added for a fast and easy application. I will paint my living room with this beautiful papyrus color.and it will look great. I like the fact it dries to the touch in1-hour and can be recoated after 4- hours. It also is mold and mildew resistant. I love Rust-Oleum products and I am very happy with this interior wall paint.

The fact that this is a 2 gallon case, is great! That's a lot of paint! What I love about this is the fact that on each lid is a very large swatch or sample of the paint color. Makes it easy to find in your paint gallery at home :) you won't have to worry about your paint getting banged up or damaged as it has shipped to you because each gallon has Styrofoam formed at the bottom and at the top of each can and there is also a plastic rim around the top of each can to make sure that it doesn't mistakenly get jarred open. Which wouldn't that be a mess ? Rust-oleum is a great brand and it's been around for quite some time and is tried and true and this product does not disappoint. I have the flat finish and it went on very smoothly... I love the fact that it's paint and primer in one... And I would totally recommend it
