This is a great tub and shower. It was ordered on-line and shipped to the store for pick-up. I was called to tell me it had arrived at the store - as promised - and I was asked to call an hour before I'd arrive at the store to pick it up so they'd have time to bring it to the front and be ready when I arrived to get it. I called and they had it ready and waiting by the front door. Was then helped loading it into the truck. Has now been installed, and while not yet in use, has been filled with water to prepare for the inspection. Buying the 32" wide tub makes a big difference in both width and depth - holds a lot of water. A greatt product and fairly priced!

Pieces arrived in carton but had several tub legs could not use the felt pad to bed the tub forced us to bed in mortar. Wall flanges had several cracks requiring us to use more caulking. Installation was fairly easy once the problems were fixed.

Happy with the product. Good quality, installed easy, delivered on time. There was a scratch in the tub noted by HD at delivery and we were given the option to reorder or take home with a discount. We appreciated their keen eye and honesty

This was a total disaster ordering this product from Home Depot. The tub was cracked in 3 areas as well as the wall kits. This tub and wall kit should have been checked out prior to me picking it up. What a waste of my time and energy. Then I had to go to another vendor because I had already waited 2 weeks to get it. However I do like this product they are very nice tubs.

Tub is nicer and bigger than I expected. Side wall panels came with crack down the middle of one and a busted corner of another. We are now waiting for replacement. Glad we have another shower in our house. Other than that i think i will like.

We didn't have any delivery issues I've read about in other reviews and we've had it installed last week. So far so good...love that bottom is a little rough to prevent slipping and love all the shelving options.

The instructions that came with the kit was easy to read and understand. The kit was very easy assemble and when finished looks very good. It seems to be easy to maintain as well. So far (2 months) I would definitely buy another one if needed.

Product was not packaged well enough to protect fragile edges during shipment.

Once I finally obtained the full unit (it took a few re-orders since product was damage on arrival), the install went well and looks good. Have yet to use it though and hope it stands the test of time. I ended up laying a couple inches of mortar bed since may crack easily if not supported.

This is a great looking product but our first shower kit showed up damaged pretty bad so we had to return. Home Depot was great and sent out a new set. The 2nd kit showed up with a few cracks and scratches but I had my contractor fix them. Like I said great looking product but i probably wouldn't buy again due to durability.

Arrived slightly damaged in shipping - front skirt on left side broken, but installed successfully. Good design if a bit "light weight" on construction.

This is a nice looking ensemble. I am pleased with it.

Very pleased! great quality! easy to clean material, light weight and very easy to assemble. If you measure right it should fit right and it will be very easy to put together without chips or cracks.

Good quality product - exceptional value for the money

I am a do it yourselfer. This tub wasn't too hard to put in. Had a rough time getting it to snap together because the existing framing want exactly square. The overflow drain requires an extension since the standard 15" one won't cut it. I liked the centerline marks for drilling holes in the tub surround for the valve and tub spout. My only issue... There is a spot the size of a fine which is discolored.I didn't notice it until it was finished. It was on the upper shelf on the drain side of the back wall

Everything arrived in good condition, although packaging does leave something to be desired. Everything was as expected. I would say that anyone planning on installing this tub (or probably any acrylic/fiberglass tub) that they set it into a mortar base to make if feel more solid.

The installed unit looks nice. Unfortunately, the first set of parts was damaged. Also, the 2nd set. By the 3rd set, I had enough pieces to assemble the whole unit. I arranged for shipping to the local Home Depot and picked up there. I don't know whether the damage occurs via the shipper or in the HD warehouse, but the packaging is simply inadequate. The supplier was quick to supply new parts at no charge (and even provided a 10% discount on the 3rd shipment), but you lose about a week each time, which really stretches out the job. The other major problem is the plastic stabilizer pieces that you snap in place to provide rigidity to the front of the tub. If you are laying the tub on a bed of cement (highly recommended) the plastic pieces will pop out due to the force applied by the viscosity of the cement. This is really a design problem; once the tub is dropped into place, there's no way to reposition the stabilizers. Installing the wall section over existing plumbing is also challenging due to the nature of the assembly. You have to rotate the wall section into place, which means you need to oversize the clearance holes for the shower controls and the tub spout. The installation would be substantially easier if you have access to the tub through the stud framing. But if you're dropping it into an existing drywalled enclosure, be ready for trial and error challenges. Three stars if for the final product and the courteous and rapid response by the supplier.

Product looks great, but good luck getting one that isn't damaged on arrival.

Attempting to buy a shower/ tub combo has been a disaster since July... #1 damaged; #2 damaged they sent #1 back thinking I was stupid and would accept it...; #3attempt cancelled for no reason; #4 damaged; #5 damaged (chips) but not cracked - but I was getting stinky without a bathroom... so accepted... It cost me another $150 with materials and the contractor to "fix" the issues. Poor quality molding/casting; would not install unless I went through and used a dremel too to clean up flashing and cut out flange pieces that were chipped and bent. Installed with the help of rubber mallets, much cursing and prayers to the bathroom deities...! Looks good now; sealed; tested etc.; New fixtures (highly recommended...) If you can get Home depot to send you one to your store that is not damaged, then you are good to go; otherwise... go someplace else and be prepared to wait... NEVER accept one of these combos unless you have the store folks inspect. Personally? If I had to start over, I'd go a different route to obtain what i needed. I am not sure if it's the manufacturer... But I spent some considerable amout of time over the last couple months with the manufacturer and I am reasonably assured that it is not them. It is likely the shipping company and/or the HD warehouse handlers. Let me make sure everyone understands: The local HD store folks were perfect! They were as concerned, if not more so that I was. They were very frustrated; and so were the HD .com folks. This issue of damaged "stuff" needs to be addressed by HD. The reviews for this and other HD products in which I am interested have bad reviews; all of which relate to damage when arrived. Lesson learned? If it's not in stock.... Caveat Emptor...

The tub is really nice, very large however they ship the tub with very little foam or anything. The fiberglass wasn't clean cut. To fit the walls to the tub everything needed to be filed down to clean edges. POUR CONCRETE under the tub. It's a much better install. I stood in the tub and it made awful noises with movement. Having a concrete base made all the difference.

As the product is not packaged well for delivery, it comes damaged/cracked. We went through two complete sets, i.e. two bathtubs and six walls and still never got a complete set. Very disappointing!!

I have always had a high opinion of this manufacture but that is pretty much been reversed with this item. The first tub came with all of the 20+ feet damaged or broken off, I took the tub back. After speaking with the online folks they told me take the broken tub if I want it and they would order me another one. I figured I could do something with it as everything but the legs were ok. I get an email a bit later telling me to call the manufacture. The manufacture tells me they can't send whole replacement tubs so homedepot online tells me I need to purchase another one and bring everything back. I wait another week for the new tub shower combo to come in and the tub has a 3 inch crack on one side and many of the feet are broken off. So now 20 days later I'm back at square one all the while I've been paying the contractor for all these trips to the store! To top it off I'm pretty sure it wasn't a shipping issue because none of the boxes from the manufacture had the broken legs in them.

Had to order twice and both times it came broken. Finally purchased an in store item.
