i received the tub, but did not receive any walls/surround....
i received the tub, but did not receive any walls/surround. home Depot did not have any in stock and Sterling did not have any replacements in stock. i ended up having to purchase separate tile in order to be able to use the shower

Wish I could rate it. Haven’t been able to install yet. Waiting on Home Depot to get my tub in without breakage. Two tubs broke so far.

We just had this installed and it looks great. No problems so far, but will change my review later if there are issues. We love the deep tub, arched back panel and the joints where the walls and tub connect being well-hidden. I highly recommend what we did and put the brick mortar mixed under the tub for support. Makes it really solid.

Decent Product
I purchased the tub and shower combo. Decent quality - I used a bag and a half of thinset under it and it's solid as a rock. Instructions were missing from both boxes and the tub was missing all the mounting tabs/hardware- i guess you really don't need them?. It did have the felt pad though which I promlty disposed if in the garbage.

Shower looks great and was shipped with no cracks etc. Delivery was a week after we were expecting it but we also took into consideration the COVID-19 pandemic and the restraints put into place . Overall very happy.
