Waited 2 weeks for this to arrive to the store for pickup and when it finally arrived, the flimsy cardboard box was all tore up. We opened it up at the store and found the shower base cracked in several places. Now waiting another 2 weeks for them to ship another set. Hopefully it will arrive undamaged but I'm not holding my breath...Very poor packaging/handling.

Shower pan cracked on install--do not buy this!
My experienced plumber installed this Ensemble shower pan today. He has performed numerous installations of this type. The mortar was level. The shower pan cracked immediately. He mentioned the quality of this product has gone downhill in recent years. He mentioned using Florestone shower pan instead. However, having already purchased the surround for the Ensemble, it is PROPRIETARY to the Ensemble shower pan. I will have to buy different pan and surround.

We are changing out our tub to this walk in shower. My wife has cancer and is disabled, I am a disabled veteran. This shower unit will really help us both. Unfortunately, when the contractor opened the boxes, every piece was broken. Long story short, we are on our 4th or 5th order because everytime they have delivered the shower ensemble something has been broken. And you have to return every piece. Even the parts that arrived intact. So... I have ordered another whole unit without returning the broken one. And hopefully I'll be able to get enough good parts to have a complete shower ensemble. I have had to reschedule with the contractor 4 different times. If I don't get enough good parts this next time, I'm moving on to something else!

I ordered my shower and it said it would be delivered within two weeks, after 3 weeks I called and they could not locate the shipment. Once I requested a refund it was delivered 2 days later. All of the boxes were damaged and the shower was broken in all boxes. It could not be replaced. HomeDepot.com was good to work with and was able to get me a refund to me once I delivered the packages because it was going to be 3 weeks before it could be picked up. I would not recommend ordering a delivery.
