This Salsbury mailbox seems to be of industrial strength quality. I like the darker bronze color of the mailbox that arrived which looks bit less brassy in color than the website photo. I am anxious to see how the color lasts when out in the elements. I also like that the flag is red and made of sturdy materials! No plastic! I am pleased with this product!

We live in a coastal environment where metal rusts quickly so wanted an all aluminum mailbox, which was hard to find at a reasonable price. This mailbox meets the criteria: made from substantial aluminum with a hinge across the entire bottom of the door instead of just on sides like many other mailboxes and at a reasonable price. It has a strong magnetic closure which keeps it secure even in high wind. We ordered the bronze color based on the picture but in person it is more brown than bronze. Despite the color being different than expected, this mailbox surpassed our expectations.

Heavy duty! Great magnetic close. Better than other mail boxes. Highly recommend.

Sturdy metal box that should hold up well over the years. It is a large box that will allow delivery of small boxes and items. I really like the bronze color as well.

This mail box is grey. The color in the photo is very deceiving. Very nice build. Had to drill holes in bottom to fit on achitecture brand post

Strong, and Simple

Alignment was off on one of the holes for the screws. Really had to force it in, fortunately didn't cross thread any screws. However, box looks great out there. Mailman loves it and have received numerous complements. Matches my home very well

Perfect mailbox to go with the bronze post we purchased. I like the magnetic closure - it is strong, but not too strong. It holds our mail perfectly and looks beautiful. Prettiest post/box combo on the block! :)

Very nice heavy duty item, mounts best to matching post. Much nicer than thin aluminum or plastic boxes. Short of being hit by a car, probably last one I will ever need.

Bought the mailbox about a month ago and it was installed on top of a stone post about 1 week ago. Great look and very sturdy, the mail woman left a note saying "thank you for your gorgeous new mail box". Highly recommend.

Needs to have notation that no hardware is included.

I love this mailbox. The only thing that I think anyone should know before purchasing is the color of the mailbox we received was almost black, nowhere close to the color in the picture. We ultimately decided to keep it since our post is black - would have liked the contrast in colors more.
