Very well made mailbox. Don't have it up as yet am very pleased with it.

Color is not as shown. It is a dark brown.

Very strong and sturdy. Beautiful color. I really like the heavy duty flag and the magnet on the door to keep it from flying open. This is first class.

I love this mailbox. It's very solid, and the magnetic door closure is a really nice touch. The bronze color is exactly what we were looking for - a dark brown with a hint of metallic sheen. I anticipate it weathering the elements well.

I do not regret getting this mail box. I feel was worth the money, it is very sturdy, I like the size, the style, and the color. The door opens/closes with a magnet, which we had never used before. Seems to be a very secure, tight fit.

This mailbox is constructed really well and looks great. Our mail lady is very happy!

Looks good, feels heavy and solid, door has a nice magnet and it installed easily.

While the mailbox seems very solid and durable, the color is not as pictured on the website. We ordered bronze and it is basically a dark brown, the same color as our post. Look at the little square color block and NOT the pic of the mailbox itself. Will be returning.

It looks beautiful even if a little pricey. Even before we finished our neighbors were telling us how great it looked.

This is absolutely the best mailbox ever. Quality is top notch. We ordered it on line because it was not available in the Home Depot stores, but it was worth the wait. The mailbox arrived approximately six days from the date of my order. I would most definitely rate this five-star. I love the eagle door and matching color flag that is another color than the rest of the mailbox. The two-toned look is awesome. You will not be sorry to buy this. It will last a long time.

This is a nice mailbox, but there are NO SCREWS included & you will need at least one trip to buy screws needed to attach to mailbox post.

When used with matching post, this mailbox looks great! Nice finish, I expect this to be my last mailbox.

Good looking box nice magnetic latch. Flag works smoothly. Mail person likes it because it's bigger than old one and she can put larger packages and boxes inside. I had to buy this expensive Salsbury 4800 Series to match the Salbury Post.

The box is large, solid and should last many years.

This was basically the mailbox to go with the 1-sided post. I am pleased for sure. It is very sturdy and well made. I expect it to last many years. It is more expensive (that's why the 4 star on value). Great product. The bronze coordinates with the shingles on my home, while the white post matches siding.

Bought along with the matching post. Not only does it look great, but it is very sturdy. Should have no problem holding up against the elements.

These boxes look good but will not stand up to the corrosion test. Aluminium is not corrosion treated underneath the powder coat so any moisture that migrates underneath the black top coat is trapped and sets up a corrosion cell. No pretreatment is done and the corrosion cell breaks the bond between the topcoat and the base material. To properly treat the corrosion the mailbox must be disassembled and Plastic Media or sandblasted and then treated correctly. Correct treatment consists of a alodine treatment to the base metal or applying a chromated primer prior to top coating. I come from an aircraft corrosion background and know the proper way to treat aluminium and this product does not display proper treatment. The mailbox will last 3-5 years prior to corrosion popping through the powder/top coat. At that time your choices are as follow: a. Live with it until the corrosion get to the point it is unusable. b. Spray it with cheap paints for cosmetic reasons. c. Replace it with a plastic box that won't corrode but will suffer from ultraviolet breakdown.

This mailbox is better than I anticipated. I was apprehensive about the magnetic closure but it is strong and effective. The box itself is very sturdy and easy to attach. I also purchased the newspaper holder which is equally top-notch.

I must say I was hesitant to pay this much for a mailbox but after having spent an equal amount combined on the last two mailboxes I had that didn't last a lifetime I figured maybe this would be worth the cost. The quality and sturdiness of this mailbox is superior. I really believe this will be the last mailbox I ever purchase.

I was very impressed with the quality and construction of this mailbox. My neighbors are a little PO'd since I set the bar fairly high as they look at their deteriorating mailboxes.

This mailbox looks great with my Salsbury Decorative Victorian Bronze post! Very sturdy! I would recommend it to anyone!

Dark Bronze is rich looking and I love that it has a red flag! Larger than our last box and we chose it because of the magnate on the door to keep it closed ;)
