worst refrigirator I buy ever after few month one side refrigerator stop working only frozen side working call mechanic he checked and told me problem with computer so we have to replace that and part alone is 450 plus labour so I decide to garbage it and buy next one Samsung is not good in home appliance

This fridge works fine and is attractive. My biggest complaint is the design of the inner/outer door. It is awkward and leaves substantially less shelf space. Will take some time to get used to it.

Showcase
I love the food showcase on this refrigerator! I knew that I would use it a lot but my kids use it even more. They love that they can open just the front to grab their juice boxes, a condiment, a cheese stick, or the milk without opening the entire door. Not only is it easier for them to open but it also saves energy. I also like the sleek look of the black stainless steel. We get compliments on it every time someone comes in our kitchen!

ice maker
I've had this refrigerator now for one week. Over all it is fine except for the ice maker. Most of the time when I want cubed ice I get crushed. Also the time delay between pushing for ice and the ice dropping seems to be overly long. All in all this is the worst ice make I have ever had on a refrigerator and would not purchase another Samsung for this reason.

Got a "21 C" error code displayed on the display...
Got a "21 C" error code displayed on the display panel on the day the fridge was delivered. Contacted Samsung and was told that it needs to be serviced by a technician. Waiting for Samsung to call me back to schedule an in-house service call.
A $2,000 refrigerator that needs to be serviced on day one? This is laughable.

Looks beautiful, and is so quiet. I love the digital temperature setting. The old "spin the dial to the correct temp" never quite worked right, sometimes it was too warm, sometimes vegetables and fruits froze. The digital temperature guide keeps freezer and fridge temps perfect without my having to fiddle with it. So far the ice/water dispenser works great. I haven't had any mineral buildup from standing water. It cleans up so well. I like the "show case" and "inner case" feature a lot. So much storage. The main reason we got this fridge is because we had space restrictions in our kitchen. It fits perfectly. The fridge itself (with show case option) is slightly deeper than our old French door Jenn Air, but because it has no attached handles it actually takes up no more space than our old fridge, and it seems to hold almost half again as much. Clever design! Let's hope it lasts past a few years, but so far so great!

This is NICE! Ice maker not that loud!!
Well after reading all the negative reviews, we decided to take the plunge and purchase this refrigerator. We were replacing an 11 year old still functioning Fridgedaire side by side. First the black stainless steel is MAGNIFICENT! Sleek, stylish and just plain pretty! Hard to leave a fingerprint. I cleaned it with water and a paper towel and it shined right up The showcase door is "da bomb!" No seriously.. It is so surprising but not an over the top feature. The Inside light runs down the back of the refrigerator has a slightly blue tinge that simply illuminates the entire appliance. Now I read many reviews about the loudness of the ice tray as it is being filled with water. Right now the sound is not a problem.. Jury is still out. I also noticed that the crushed ice takes longer than my older refrigerator. Just a minor observation. I like the capacity. The fridge can really hold more food. I will come. back to this forum to give some updates. Do far.. So good

Delivery and installation were seamless. We really like this fridge, especially the showcase design which is perfect for a busy family with young kids. It is very quiet and the inside design maximizes the storage space very well.

Great Look & Features - Yet Practical
We had a small opening for our refrigerator and could not open refrigerators with traditional door handles. This unit has the showcase door which is awesome for getting out frequently used items like milk, juice or jelly. It has no handles which allowed us to maximize our refrigerator space and still be able to open the doors fully to clean the inside. We've received many compliments from friends and our builder is thinking of using these in his next project.

We bought this refrigerator about 1 month ago. We are two people living in house with fairly small kitchen. I was looking for counter depth and wanted the ice and water dispenser on the freezer side as we already have a upright freezer and could get along without a lot of freezer space. I liked the black stainless look with no handles sticking out. All has turned out as expected. It would not work for a large family as it is smaller than most. Good to not have to reach into a deep refrigerator. Many different compartments to arrange items. Quiet except when ice occasionally drops. Does need wiping of hand prints from around hand grips. The section to access the door items separately is sometimes useful but not very much. Had to get used to side by side as we had only used freezer type refrigerator in the past that was essentially been a big box.

Very Sleek with Great Features!
Love this side by side Samsung Showcase refrigerator ! Counter depth fits perfectly in my kitchen, with no external handles for a sleek modern look. The showcase feature is great, and access to drinks and quick grab items super easy.

Nice. Could be better
The refrigerator looks and feels as expected, except for three minor items I had not realized when purchasing:
- the water dispenser can be a bit messy and does not display ounces delivered which can be convenient
- the light insight the fridge has a weird, almost depressing accent
- the showcase is made of two doors of which the top one (whole fridge access) is high for younger kids, and both somewhat impractical if you are right handed as you pretty much need to either use your left hand or twist your wrist to open it
Again, not major but things I wish I had known / understood before buying it

Vegetable spoiler!
We bought this in 2015 and since then I have thrown away hundreds of dollars worth of fresh vegetables and meats. This refrigerator does not have a crisper drawer - just plain drawers and fresh vegetables spoil within a few days. Fruits also, but not as bad as vegetables. Meets such as bacon, lunch meats spoil within a couple of days. I cannot even keep lettuce on hand for salads. The only way I can keep celery for a few days is to wrap it in tin foil. Would never buy this again. So disappointed!

Great Design
My biggest worry was going from a 25 cu. ft. refrigerator to a 22 cu ft. but the usable space is excellent in this model and so far it is working. The design creates a custom look without the price. I wish it had one more refrigerator shelf-there seems to be room. This size is probably good for a small family that does not need huge amounts of freezer space or has another freezer available.

wHAT A PRETTY FRIDGE
Other than the water not coming out cold...I have absolutely no complaints. Its beautiful, its organized, and I love the showcase door!! The hidden handles is my husbands favorite part, gives you such a nicer space to walk by.
