    Good dryer
    have installed it recently. so far so good. installers run test on my request and found strange noise when running. they suggest to replace the model as defective. after i level the unit myself the noise has disappeared. no problems since. will see for a long run.

          Give it only 4 stars for 2 reasons: 1. I definitely miss ultra low heat setting from this one used to have it in my older model and was a blast. 2. A bit noisy, we have a baby and we are lucky enough to have the laundry room on a different level of the house and we can close the door

          This is by far, the best dryer we have owned. Past products Maytag, LG and whirlpool fall short to this dryer. It is quiet, efficient and even makes such pleasant musical sounds.

                    Ive been used this item over a year. It stoped heating at month 7, i thought it was just not hot enough. And i live alone so i dont have too many clothes to wash, maybe about two loads a month. Then my friend told me to ask for repair. I did. After THREE times of replacement, it still broke. Every time after repair, it stoped heating in two weeks. Now it’s over warrenty, and it broke again just 3 months since last repair. Im super disappointed of this product. I dont have money for repair. I’ll switch to another brand once i have a job.

                              Runs fine after the first month Hopefully it keeps going. Got it on sale, bundled with a washer. However in Boston you need to pay for licensed gas installation, although the website advertised "free installation with purchase of parts". The delivery people forgot to leave the steam kit so they had to come a second time and I had to waste another afternoon waiting for them, and then I had to call the plumber for a second time to finish the installation. Not a great experience from such a large brand, especially because I had to go back to the store and wait half an hour to talk to a person because the phone system would redirect me to random departments.

                                Horrible at Drying Bedding and Blankets
                                I have had this for about a year now and it’s mostly ok, it is absolutely horrible at drying bedding, sheet, duvet covers. I have started to separate them because all the little clothes, even separate from towels, would get stuck inside and it would wrap around itself and I would have to run at least another time or air dry. That seemed to help but just this morning, I pulled out four sheets, one wrapped around the next. All four were in a giant ball and the last was, of course, still completely wet. This was after the “bedding cycle”, which is close to 2 hours. That’s not at all energy efficient to run that long and at least twice! I’ve never had this happen with a dryer

It’s quiet and plays a song at the end, but I imagine you can turn this off if you don’t like the extra noise. The filter is not the easiest to use as you have to open it up like a book to clean. First time seeing this type of filter. Not a big deal though.
