I only had my new range about a month now and I absolutely love it. All the smart features are just amazing. Great range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The one thing I will say is that I love this Range. It has a lot of things that can be done with it, but for some things you have to read the manual to figure out how to do. Point and case. When it was installed the installation crew said that we should turn on the self clean for the first use. Could not figure out how to get to the setting without checking the manual. The features that I do love. Dual door makes it very nice when you are cooking small amounts on food where you only need 1 rack. The heating element sizer so that you can accomidate smaller and larger pots is fantastic and works as advertised. There is also a rapid boil water setting which works great as well. My only complaint is just with having to learn how to use this range and again I say with all the things you can do with it I would not expect there to not be a learning curve.

Has built in thermometer sonyou can take meat temp right there-awesome!! Three available burner controls all within one burner, this range has more features than you thought you needed.

Great oven heats up fast and cooks even faster with the convection oven. Cleans easily. This is another great Samsung product. Looks very sleek and stylish.

The quality of this stove is amazing! Being able to use the small top oven has come in handy. This is an amzing product & looks beautiful in my home

Stove looks and work great

We bought this model a week ago (July 2018) and immediately wanted to connect and test the wifi feature. We didn’t get very far. Even though our phones (iPhone 7 and Google) are not the latest versions, they are imcompatible with the oven’s already dated technology. It’s a disappointment considering the price reflects this as an added feature. Other than that, so far, we are loving the range.

I gave this a 4 Star because the of the sensors on the panel being very sensitive. You lean up against it and something always turns on and controls on panel are very complicated. Other than that the burners heat things up quickly and oven is great.

My range is run on propane. It works great except it would be nice to have at least one burner that lowers enough that the contents in the pan don't cook too hard and/or possibly scorch/burn. When using the dual ovens simultaneously, I don't like the fact that baking is only convection baking. Even if only using the top oven, the only bake option is convection. My biggest disappointment is the stove top. It is terrible to clean. If there is the tiniest speck of grease on the surface it smears terribly. The only way I can get it clean is by using foamy glass cleaner and a cotton dish towel that is totally clean w/o any other cleaner on it. I have tried stainless cleaner, spray on cleaners, etc. and nothing but glass cleaner works. And I have to use glass cleaner every time I cook on the stove, which as you can imagine is daily... I have owned the stove approx. 2 years (bought while in the process of building our house and started using it last October).

This item does everything that I expected it to do.I haven’t experienced any problems.

This rang exceeded my expectations, it was worth the price. The app associated with this range is awesome, once its downloaded you get an alert evetytime the range is being used. I can also raise the temperature when using the oven from anywhere and see if the cook top is being used. The one draw back about this unit is the display, it's very touch sensitive, which make it some what tricky to wipe down, beside that it's a great appliance, thanks Samsung.

My husband and I LOVE the different sized burners and the bridge option on the cooktop. We also love that the top overhangs a bit on the counter so that crumbs do not fall between the cabinets and the range. The warming center is also very nice to have. I do wish there was something more on the back side to keep food from falling behind the range though we have had it almost 2 months and only a couple pieces of spilled rice have fallen back there. I would hate for something to boil over and run behind the oven. The knobs being on the front make it easy for them to get bumped and turned on accidentally also but they light up bright so it is easy to tell when they are on. The oven cooks super evenly which is awesome, I like that you can open the top door without having to open the bottom oven door. I do wish there was the option of having 2 separate doors on the oven so that when we only need to check the bottom oven I don't have to let all the heat out of the top oven. I would rather have this than the warming drawer that basically is only used to collect dog hair in our home. My only REAL complaint about this oven is that when you are frying anything and the grease splatters out it is very difficult to make the appliance looks shiny and new again and it's not just an easy wipe with a soapy dishcloth to make it look clean, but even with that I would totally purchase this appliance again.

We've had this range for about a month and we're very happy with it. Works perfectly. We also have a Samsung refrigerator and we love it, too. These are not high end appliances however the technology that Samsung puts into them IS high end. Lots of unique features that make them fun, convenient, and special. I love the dual oven door and fast boil burner. We were able de-clutter our kitchen by getting rid of our toaster oven, microwave, and electric teakettle as we don't need them anymore with this great range. My only complaint is the burner knobs. I think they installed the wrong knobs on two burners as some the knob settings don't correspond with the function of the burner. I called Samsung and they are sending the correct knobs for no charge of course. Also have not tried the big oven or the self-cleaning features yet. I'll write another review in a year and let you know if we still love it.

II haven’t used all features yet but The oven works great and I usually cook everything in the oven . This is the best oven I’ve ever used.

Purchased a month ago, we had been shopping for a new range for a while. My husband decided this is the best one and it's great. I love the wifi feature, whereby you can control via cell phone. It's a fun feature. I love the warming centre as well as the fact you can use a divider in the oven to keep food warm or have two items cooking at the same time. Love it!

I feel set free w my new stove/oven because I’m not worried anymore about turning it on for baking a small or medium dish! Plus it has everything I wanted—2 ovens, convection, self-cleaning, warming drawer, 6 burners (including the bridge), great price, and it’s stunning in appearance! Samsung is tough to beat, as I own their Chef’s Collection refrigerator, a couple of fabulous televisions, and a dishwasher, and I consider myself very fortunate.

Don't spend your money on ANY Samsung Appliances. Well over 3k in a Samsung range. I have YET to be able to actually use it to its full potential. The range has not worked properly since we purchased it. 5 repairs later, it was deemed non repairable and that it was a manufacturer problem. I have been waiting 3 months for a replacement or a full refund. We spent the extra money for an extended warranty, boy what a joke is that. Talking to customer service is like pulling teeth and going in circles. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for a supervisor to call me back in regards to the full refund I have been waiting for. I purchased an air fryer and have been making dinner on the grill for my son and husband. THANK YOU SAMSUNG FOR THE TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND FOR THE OWNERSHIP ON YOUR WORKMANSHIP. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't waste your money on the Samsung Flex Duo Range. It is the biggest pos, and dealing with support is even worse.

We are extremely happy with this oven. The duo aspect is perfect for us and I love that I can cook at two different temperatures in essentially the same oven. There are tons of cool features that I didn’t even realize like the meat thermometer probe, warming drawer and gliding middle oven rack.

These Samsung appliances are highly impressive. Features not seen elsewhere on the market. Love the 'small' oven feature for power saving and quicker cooking. Separate temperatures for multiple foods. 5 burners plus a warming spot and drawer. Very cool blue LED lighting. Sharp and functional. A+

I am a Ukrainian woman and there are 2 things I love to do: bake and dance. Sometimes, I dance when I bake and sometimes I dance after I bake. I must say that I dance after I bake in this new oven, as the finished products are photo-worthy! The ultimate test was the outcome for our traditional Easter bread (Paska), and the oven passed this ultimate test with flying colors!

Bought this for our new kitchen. First off, it is heavy! A lot heavier than the old oven, but two of us were able to manhandle it in the house. Operation-wise it heats up super fast - like 0-350 in just a couple of minutes. One of the complaints about the old oven was how long it took to heat up. Still haven't learned all of the features, but the double oven is perhaps the best.

The biggest complaint for me is the oven cooling fan that comes on and blows while using the cook top only. I called a service repairman to come out and see why ? I got the same answer as another review... It keeps control panel from over heating. It's cold air blowing on me while cooking... I didn't buy for a fan! The top oven doesn't seem cook/ brown evenly, that's what I use most often.

After researching many suitable ranges and brands we settled on this model mainly because of the advertised features. It's always a gamble whether a thing is going to work up to anticipated expectations. This range has performed greater than expected, based on the reviews read from very many review sites. This range is everything that it presents itself to be. The stove-top heating is quick and responsive. Some reviewers have complained about getting the stove-top nice and clean. With a few dabs of ceramic cleaner and some paper toweling, the stop-top looks better than new (but the key is to use ceramic cleaner). The oven features all work as described. The oven cooks well! Both ovens work great independently of each other. The warming oven is also a bonus feature keeping the plates warm and the cooked food hot while the rest cooks. Some reviewers have complained about the Smart Control feature and the Samsung APP. The key to making this feature work is to read the instructions carefully. It works! ... and maybe it works too well, because when the oven is on and working, the APP is constantly notifying of any changes in the oven cooking process (preheating, finished cooking, oven off, etc). The APP will turn the oven on or reset the temp remotely if told to do so. All good stuff. The notifying sounds could be louder, but the APP is also notifying on the phone which is very loud. Someone told us Samsung should stick to making TV's. Well, we're glad they didn't. This range is a welcome addition to our kitchen, something we use everyday. PS - It is a great toy to have around the house and if you're a cook, even better!

2 Elements went out before a year. I don't care how pretty a stove is, if the elements don't work what use is it?? Samsung should concentrate more on the quality of the products they produce. I will never buy Samsung products again because of the quality.
