Returned to Home Depot and ordered the programmable version of...
Returned to Home Depot and ordered the programmable version of the same model from Home Depot. The vacuum did everything it is designed to do, however the non programmable version puts it in the ranks of all the cheap models that do the same thing. Box description is not forthcoming.

I have read other reviews of people who dissect everything about this product and find something wrong. I love it. Has made my life easier which is the whole point. No problem with pet hair. We have several dogs and cats.

Great bin capacity, it will run 2-3 cycles before needing to be emptied. Easy to empty and clean.
Runs for 1.25 hours, re-docks itself and goes back out after charging (about 2 hours).
It is really just a plug, charge, ready to clean system!
My house (2 hairy dogs) is SO much cleaner!

No need for a house cleaner when you have a powerbot.
I am 62 years old and disabled with spinal stenosis .
Cleaning my house wasn’t possible . Not anymore I just turn on my vacuum and it does the work for me . Anyone in wheelchair or have other disabilities truly needs to have one of these vacuums . This is not a luxury this is a necessity . My daughter called the vacuum Rosie that’s because anyone thats watched the Jetsons knows that’s the name of the robot that cleans the house . It’s truly a lifesaver for me and no more house cleaners .

This is my 1st robovac. As a professional skeptic, I wasn't sure how well this would work in our 2 pet furry houshold. I was surprised how well this worked at getting LOTS of fur/hair off the floor. Also got a 3 year Home Depot warranty for a reasonable & affordable price - I hope I NEVER have to use it. The Home Depot USA staff were VERY HELPFUL with explanations & personal experiences with this Samsung robovac. So far, this robovac has performed well (every day for 3 weeks) with NO weaknesses.

I love my robot vacuum! I named him SAM, which stands for Superior Automated Maid. I have 5 dogs and the dog hair builds on my bedroom carpets quickly. SAM takes care of it every morning while I get ready for work. He even gets under my bed, making my bedroom smell better. I love SAM!

vacuums in a precise pattern, will successfully find its charging station and once fully charged will automatically start up again to finish. Dissatisfied with the way it doesn't get the edges very well. Overall behaves more intelligent than Roomba but Roomba does edges much better.

This thing does not have a clock so it can't be put on a schedule, ridiculous. It also doesn't make transition from wood floor to carpet very well. It thinks its running into something. I can't tell you how many times I find this thing either in the middle of my floor or stuck under a chair for apparently no reason. I can only assume it got lost or thinks its stuck. I'm returning it.

Works Well
I absolutely love this product. I'm very pleased with how well it picks everything on my floors up, with kittens, kitties, and kids my floods end up dirty before I'm even done sweeping. This takes so much time off of daily chores. The only thing I don't really like is it bumps into my walls often and now their is paint from the walls all over the vacuum and some minor scuffing on the base boards, other than that this was a great investment!

Good vac
I had a Roomba that I loved. After 4 years I forgot to move my dogs water dish. It ran into my dogs water dish and didn't survive!! So I thought I'd try something different. As much as I do like the Samsung it does not quite handle the edges and corners as well as the Roomba. But it is very methodical in mapping the floor and giving it a bit more thorough coverage in the room And an all over better general cleaning.

Much better than expected!!!
I am very eager to write this review so others can benefit from this product. I am amazed at how intuitive this machine is. The thoroughness of cleaning is exceptional. It actually cleans better than my expensive upright which has remained in the closet since this machine arrived. It has no problem assessing the room to be cleaned and goes about it in a most methodical way, cleaning under and around furniture with ease. The cleaning time on each charge is sufficient for each room.
I honestly can find nothing I do not like about this machine. I highly recommend it to anyone considering buying a vacuum.

I have very large open space that is tiled plus 2 bedrooms. This does an excellent job picking up...
I have very large open space that is tiled plus 2 bedrooms. This does an excellent job picking up the very fine dog hair from my hound. As my rooms are so large I do have to empty the canister have way through. It also does really well in the bedrooms getting all the dust bunnies under the bed. I run this at least once a day sometimes twice a day, so I only have to drag out my big canister vacuum once a week to get were this won't reach. Has really made my house easier to take care of.
