My plant arrive dead i can't save them is it possible to grt another one i feel so bad and i love snake plants the one in the store are way too big

Well packed, but damaged…. Maybe?
I sent this plant as a gift to my friend on her birthday, because she is a lover of Snake plant, and it arrived very well but after a few days the leaves began to ripen until they disappeared completely. Very sad

The plant is very dry
I love the color since it’s mixed with little yellow not all dark green but when it came, 2-3 of the leaves are very dry and tilted. I’ve been waiting for so long but I have to return and exchange for something else.
