Package arrived with missing screws. The plastic pouch pack the enclosed the screw were sealed; ...
Package arrived with missing screws. The plastic pouch pack the enclosed the screw were sealed; however, in one package there were only 2 screws in the second package, there were only 5. Not sure how that happened, but may I suggest that each trim be examined for screws before shipping.
I called Traffic Master to order spare screw parts, but they do not offer them as spare parts. I find that odd. However, i went on-line and ordered them from Home Depot. Thank you Home Depot :>
