Bottom lock broke after one month. One morning I was going back to get something and the lock wouldn't turn. Tried 5-6 times before it finally opened for me and never worked after that. You can put the key in, but the lever was frozen and wouldn't turn. Reinstalled it with the same issue. Had to go and purchase a new bottom lock. I'm out $50 after only a month and feel like I am going to get locked out of my home again because I am forced to use this style per the building's rules.

Easy install with minimal amount of tools. Finish and quality is better than most other locksets. Like the lifetime warranty.

My latch ended up stuck out permanently. I couldn't shut my door. I hit it kind of hard and got it to pop in, but now it is stuck in. I'm now trying to make a warranty claim due to it being mechanical failure, it should be covered under the lifetime limit. I have now been on hold for over an hour and still haven't talked to a human. No wonder they give a lifetime warranty. Most people probably get sick of it, hang up, and buy a new lock!

Very nice looking smooth mechanism

The quality of the door handle and dead bolt lock set were excellent. The installation was easy and straight forward. The big story here is the special help we received from a young man who was the “key” team member who could rekey the barrels to match our existing home master key. 2nd time this same person exemplified exceptional customer service skills on our behalf.

This product works well and is worth buying.

The handle seems to be loose. The last Schlage lock combination I purchased came off in my hand. This lock doesn’t seem much better.

The Schlage products are very good quality for the price point. I have used Schlage products for many years and have yet to install a lock set that did not meet or beat my expectations. It is also one of the easiest lock sets to install.

Great product Door knob a little trick to install as it requires blind insertion of lock mechanism into lock activator - more difficult than previous version
