Good product. Improve your instructions to make it obvious that the deadbolt screws are long and the entry door handle screws are short.

The handle assemblies have too much play in them. A tighter fit would make them top quality and earn a five star rating.

Works great better than our old Schlage we had and much smoother. I also like the feature that if locked on the knob and opened from the inside it unlocks the door so you don't lock yourself out. Our old one didn't do this and we locked ourselves out many times. Very happy with this one.

Angela deadbolt looks very nice the deadbolt arm only turns a quarter of the way to totally locked. It’s hard to tell when it’s locked or not lock.

Fit was not as smooth as it should be. Standardization of dimensions for faceplate and strike would help.

Good lock overall but I had to modify it with a dremel. The face plate was pinching the handle and it would not turn. If not for the dremel I would have to return it.

It went together easily. Only issue is the diameter hole is 2" and not for 2 1/8".

Didn’t have right strike plate for the most basic stock entry door home depot stocks. Very strange since it’s called an entry door handle combo

We used these in 3 exterior doors. I did notice that when you move the handle to open the door the lock on the door knob automatically unlocks. Not sure I like this feature because if I had little kids they could unlock and open the door if the deadbolt was not used.

Easy install, quality product.

The installation was very straightforward. The instructions for reversing the handles were a bit unclear given it was done pictorially. My only complaint would be the loose feel of the handles. In order to allow the handles to be reversed, they are only held in place by a spring-loaded pin. This creates a fair amount of play that allows the handle to wiggle. Something more solid would be a big improvement.
