We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with this fountain. If there was very little water spraying through the center nozzle, mostly one of the inner tubes came apart in transit limiting water flow. If you contact our CS team they can assist you in troubleshooting this so the water flows as well as with the Solar-on-Demand battery feature which should function when sun goes behind clouds.
