This was the biggest mistake I have ever made as a purchase at Home Depot but when you buy something site unseen that is what you get If I had know what I was getting or seen it before I ordered it I would have know I will never never never buy something at your store I can not put my hand on before I buy it again. When it finally came in the store and I waited 2 weeks to get put together It was past the 4th of July I had purchased it for and saw it I was so disappointed with it but as a good customer I ordered it so I took it as it was already paid for anyway and did not have much of a choice. within a month the igniter did not work and it has been down hill every since. it is very cheaply made I did buy the cover for it as well but that does not stop the rusting away on the inside. This was the biggest waist of 450.00 I have every made at Home Depot for sure!!!!!! What a piece of JUNK.....

Grill combo unit had a lot of parts but if you follow the instructions it’s not bad. Works great so far. My wife’s loves when I do the cooking

A cover is a 'must have' to prevent premature degradation of the thermometers and piezo igniters! This one is well made, and the cleverly placed zipper makes this cover simple to place and remove alone.

Perfect fit for my grill. I highly recommend this cover.

Doesn't actually cover the grill in a clean fashion at all. Had to order third party ties and other accessories to keep it in place.

It was pricey, but very good quality.

The custom grill cover, made for this exact grill DOES NOT fit as shown in picture above. It will not zip and an entire corner of the grill is exposed to the elements.

I can grill anything I want

I ordered it and it was supposed to be assembled and wasn’t so I had to wait another week then I got a call that it had damaged parts and had to wait even longer! The grill is good but the process of getting it was not that good.

I have the smoke hollow 8500 and it says this cover will fit it online and the cover is 65” wide and the 8500 is 82”. Plus I found a no name brand in the local Home Depot store and it fits really good and it is $20 cheaper

I order a new grill and this cover was shown to fit my grill. It did not.

Ours ripped within a year

This cover is too snug for a SH8500

My husband is in love with it. He used all the features and everything has been wonderful.

Assembly was done before picking up (no cost) so can't really comment on this part but so far, we love the grill but do wish the smoker was a little larger but since we don't plan on using it that often, that really isn't a big concern for us. I also recommend purchasing the cover for it too.

Very poor quality grill. Thin metal construction. Some parts were not assembled correctly. One of the grill grates was broken. Gave a 1 star because there wasn’t a zero star option. I returned it to the store almost immediately

Grill is excellent and not too difficult to assemble. My son and I finished in about an hour and a half. Cover is not the correct size for that grill.
