Poor quality, needed 36, only ~25% were in good enough...
Poor quality, needed 36, only ~25% were in good enough condition to use. These are not solid wood. Ended up getting solid poplar wood, then priming and painting. More work but roughly ended up spending around the same money.

Hi Sarah, we're not happy that you found these balusters to be unusable. Did you find them in a store, or were they received via mail order? Our store inventory is inspected regularly for un-sellable product, which is removed from our sets and replaced with new product. If you received these via mail order, we will promptly issue refunds or exchanges as long as you use the pre-paid return label that is included with your order.
