The first one was delivered cracked; Home Depot asked me to return it to the store in my Toyota Corolla S+. I finally got a refund from Kohler and am still trying to get rid of the tub.
The second one was delivered cracked. I managed to cram it into the rear of a friend's car and drive 35 minutes to the store with it to get a refund.
The third one was delivered intact, despite the fact that Home Depot now uses a doordash-like service and it was stuffed sideways into a cargo van surrounded by other material.
I do not recommend having this product delivered.

Please choose something else. While being an attractive tub it is cheap plastic junk. Ours cracked in multiple places in the bottom although the people that use it weigh less than 175 lbs. and it doesn't get a lot of use. Although it's under warranty my satisfaction with Kohler has been less than helpful. I doubt I'll ever purchase anything made by Hohler again.

I purchased a 30"x60" Sterling bathtub and surround kit (direct mount to stud) for a client/ bathroom I am remodeling. After carefully installing the bathtub, I noticed a very small crack, so, I let the tub sit for a few hours, came back, and well, I was off to a different store to purchase another bathtub. I discovered that the new bathtub, which is the same model is very different. The new bathtub is thicker, and heavier in weight, and in two areas of the tub, the Sterling name is molded on the surface. I am disappointed with Home Depot.

Needs a longer drain cable/linkage than standard
I found out when using a lift and lock drain. That's the type with a lever you flip up and down at the overflow fitting below the facet. I had bought an Eastman 1.5-in Chrome Trip-Lever Drain with Brass Pipe. It's 13.4 inch internal linkage is nearly two inches short. Something to do with this tub design having the overflow port and drain port further apart as to height. I had to go with a drain plug type that screws into the drain port.

Don't waste your money!
If I knew then what I know now I would have bought another metal tub. I thought buying acrylic I was "upgrading" tub was installed with a professional plummer (that I trust) and this tub is garbage. A year later it has a hairline crack in the tub. I already used all my extra tile to fix my tub back the first time. Now I will have to retire the entire bathroom and replace a new tub.
Don't buy this over a metal tub! The metal tub will last at least 10 years. This tub lasted a year.

I read many reviews for this tub and with a 60 something overall recommendation rating I had concerns. The first complaint was defects in workman ship. That was not an issue - it was checked at the store. The second complaint was quality of material. Here they have a 10year warrantee (but that is no consolation if you have to rip it out). We had two people fitting the tub. We had do do several fits - had a dry fit and need to modify drain assemble. Dry fit again and it was not completely balanced and had to put down a mortar bed to help level (as per instructions). On the third fitting the edge of the flanged cracked in moving the tub. So you need to be careful. The instructions on the mortar bed are not helpful. I've put down mortar beds on flat bottom tubs, but this is a web bottom with feet, and the drain end is lower than the back end. I built a form 1" at the drain side up to 2" at the end for the mortar, so when I set the tub in the bed, it would fill each web so there would be little excess. My concern that too much excess would create issues. Worked like a charm. Feels solid, and looks good. Now I have to look for acrylic repair kit.
