I like the toughness of straightflex products and crisp inside and outside corners, and easier to use than corner bead for outside corners. This one is for inside corners which I will use to replace caulk where plaster walls and ceiling join. Doing the work my self, the money I save I splurge on this convenience.

Durable and easy to install. Great "training wheels" for people learning to tape corners with plain paper tape. Watch out for some nasty paper cuts though.

Inside corner pretty maker

Faster and easier to apply than standard paper tape for inside corners plus you can do off 90 angles. The best thing is that it’s stiff enough to stand on its own and you don’t have to fight it going into the corner bunched up.

If you have to do corners by hand. Set them in mud and one skim coat and ready to texture. Worth every dime. Saves me hours of labor.
