Easy to use, once installed by a professional

Although it does heat the floor the system will come no where close to its maximum. I’m only getting to 85 degrees maximum while the floor maximum is 99 degrees.

This was a replacement for the same unit I already had. It a good product very easy to program.

This is our third Suntouch thermostat in 5 years. This one failed after little over a year, just when the temperatures were dipping below freezing. Neither of the first two lasted two years. All these Suntouch products seem to be of terrible quality!

This floorstat is the 3rd one that we've had on our system in 11 years.. All three failed differently. We keep replacing them though, because radiant floor heat makes our 3-season sunporch a true all-season living space.

Great Product. Wanted to heat a very cold bathroom floor and didn’t think to heat at the time tiling was done. Easy to install and works great. Very Happy and Warm too.

The thermostat is replacing the original one that we had. It is easier to program and works well.

Nice alternative to warm floor after flooring is installed as long as there is access to floor from below. Product is very fragile and can be a bit scary to work with around plumbing due to its fragile nature. Once installed, works pretty well.

Excellent system. Easy to install. Primary use in 4AM till 7AM in winter months.

Unbelievably easy to install and operate. The touchscreen features are simple to use and understand.

The system won’t turn off, the floor is always warm. I think that the control unit is defective and needs to be replaced. I had to turn off the breaker in the panel to turn off the heated floor.

It works as advertised. I've had it for over a month now. We love the warm floors when we get up in the morning and we set it to warm the floors prior to bedtime. Why not? It's supper easy to set up, and gives you the ability to change temporarily or even permanently with just a couple of taps. I guess I'm easily impressed.

We purchased this programmable radiant floor heating thermostat to replace our SunTouch non-programmable unit that had burned out after 3 years. It was easy for my husband to swap out and seems to be working well. Having the ability to program this thermostat makes it more energy efficient.

Assembly was fairly easy. Works like a charm. No issues yet!

Somewhat difficult to install. Some wires were 12 gauge and difficult to push into the box. Wires were clearly marked. Screen is a touch screen unlike in the past. Very nice. Easy to program.
