Never fear, we're always here to help our Swiffer family, Bob! To assemble your Heavy Duty Duster, simply follow these steps: 1. Check that there are two pieces, a yellow handle and a lower white pole. Line up the notch on the white pole with the hole in the yellow handle. 2. Push the pieces together firmly until they click into place (you'll hear the click). 3. If you pull the handle and it extends, you've assembled it correctly. 4. Shake the duster cloth vigorously to fluff the fibers. Pulling at the fibers may help. 6. Find the two sleeves on the back of the duster cloth. 7. Insert the prongs on the handle into the sleeves and pull the duster cloth on until it is secured into place. The sleeves are open on both ends so either end will fit on the handle.
