A1 Product , very happy overall... The window was a perfect fit and the quality very superior.

This was the perferct fit for my basement window opening. I bought 2 of them to try them out and they fit like a glove. My rough opening was 31 1/2 by 13 7/8. I didn't need the nailing flange as my opening was just big enough to install them. I have 8 more windows to do and I will ordering all of them through Home Depot. You won't be disappointed. Very heavy duty and quality built.

Overall I'm very satisfied with this window. It was extremely easy to install (and I've never installed a window) and a lot cheaper than building a glass block window myself. Construction seems great and overall good quality. I'm very satisfied and would buy one again if needed.

My best praise would be the ease of installation and the beauty of the window once installed!

While these windows are a good time saver for those who don't wish to mortar their own glass block windows, there is a lack of any meaningful instructions regarding how to install the product. For instance, one would think that a product with "NailUp" in its title would make some mention of nails in the instructions, but no such reference is given. Further, there are a set of flanges provided, but no reference is made to what to do with them or where to install them. While I was able to figure out how to install this window eventually, it was quite frustrating that the manufacturer clearly gave almost no thought to providing instructions for its product. They should do better than this. The only quality issue was that one of three windows arrived with a crack, but Home Depot was helpful with assisting with the return.

This window is a "true" glassblock unit that comes assembled inside a vinyl frame. The weight is about 200 pounds. This is "not" an acrylic window that weighs about 45 pounds so be aware. The shipping weight from the factory was about 500 pounds when it's packaged and shipped by truckline on a wooden pallet. The window looks great, is much better than any acrylic unit but you have to get it "UP" to the window frame for install. This window can be installed from inside if you have enough access. The biggest challenge is moving this heavy unit but for the money it's a great buy. Customer Service was great. We got a call from the shipping company telling us there would be a "freight collect" charge. I had paid shipping when I bought this window on-line at HomeDepot.com. Customer Service took care of this fee and did all of this in just a few hours after we called the 1-800# listed at HomeDepot.com. I recommended this window if you want real glassblock, it's a great price.

Before purchasing this window I thought it was a kit of blocks that had to be assembled, actually it is prefabricated in a frame. Can that be any easier to install? Looks more expensive than what it cost and nicer than typical basement windows. Will be buying more for the rest of the basement.

Ordered item to use as a part of a feature wall aroung tub/shower...it looks beautiful. I get MANY complements on it. It was easy to install. Well worth the price!
