One is tight , one is looser. I imagine within specs. Outside frame could be longer for some block wall projects. Overall. Nice window on a budget.

Windows are beautiful. Come with nail flange that would have to be cut off it you don't have the extra width/height. Not the most energy efficient, but for my business which is a concrete building, they will do just fine. Great window value.
