Window was very well packaged. Fit and finish was great. I love the grids which sit well with my new England style home. Only Down side/dislike, is that I believe its gasless from what I have researched but this window is 1000 times better than what I had. I have had this product for only a month and the temp in my attic is significantly better. It definitely meets me expectations and recommend this product.

The small window was exceptionally well made with high quality hardware. We were more than pleased! However, the larger window lacked the quality of the small one. And the sash hardware was well…junk. I know that it was just a cheap window for a henhouse we are building, but so was the small window and it was top notch. Not so, the larger one.

The frame has a crack in it but we didn’t want to remove once we saw it

I had to buy 5 windows to get two that were not broken upon delivery

windows were not the size advertised... it was actually 32"x60". Additionally the products were also damaged around the edges. They were shipped to the store like that twice. Employees were very helpful and

These windows kept being delivered damage or broke during delivery. I placed this order weeks ago and I am still waiting for one window to be delivered. The last time that I called customer service all she could tell me is that these windows are in stock but she had no idea when they would be delivered. Her response was “should beby the end of the month”. I had planned on calling tomorrow to see if I could get someone with a better answer. Hopefully it goes well!!

very bad service, it took more than a month for them to deliver the windows, in the end they never delivered them to me, they made me lose more than 1500 dollars in workers and I could not do my installation

These might be great windows but i wouldn’t know because i have had four windows, from four separate orders, damaged in transit. Home Depot doesn’t replace them either. You are forced to RETURN (even though I never received) and then reorder. Each week I’ve sat on hold for over an hour to return and reorder. Make sure you have a couple of months to wait for an undamaged window.

Ordered the window twice and both times it was delivered smashed and damaged. What a waste of time. I will never order a product from you again. Terrible!!!

Windows were good once I received the whole order. 5 different shipments for 12 windows-because one or more were damaged each time! Fed Ex- terrible on all fronts- quality control- not sure Tafco or Fed ex with damaged windows- lean more towards fed ex- Home Depot- was gonna say poor but after looking back- they stepped up- took overall responsibility- understood my concerns and in the end They gave me concessions for my troubles and more importantly they got me my windows- I can appreciate having to deal with third parties or subcontractors- in this case Fed Ex- not sure how they stay in business- but believe me when I tell you They had no regard for product, dates and times of scheduling- myself the customer or Home Depot who employs them for their deliveries- customer service garbage No communication or correspondence Everything you need to do good business Fed ex has none while Home Depot showed me they possess these qualities and then some!

The window keep braking on delivery. Every time I called I got a new broken window. This is x 3. Home Depot did not call me about the broken window I have to call the three different times. I lost over $500 because I had to pay the installer. He was losing the day of work. Home Depot did not want to be responsable for it

every window had damage 2 were broken others were miner 1 stayed at fedx braselton for 5 days when recived glass broken packages were all damaged. but return to store was excellent service.

It came in a reasonable time, no problems I would buy aging.
