It's cheap, poorly designed and rattley. It is possible to install it horizontally, but you will need to build a wood frame around it to sandwich it in. There is a way to screw it in vertically but I wouldn't trust the installation design. It looks good once I installed it, but I can't help but wonder if a strong wind won't take out a pane or two.
