Great Product though the assembly instruction is not helpful. I enjoy the chair a lot and the shipping is fast! The assembly part is not use friendly as the manual is not clearly written. Other than that, I do like this chair!

The CHair is Nice - but the bottom air-bags do not work. The Instruction book was written by a 1st grader, and there is no information on whom to contact about an issue - or how to fix the problem.

Worth for the money! I highly recommended.

This chair is awesome. I bought this during when there was 50% sale on this. - it has various massaging options and works perfectly - it also has seat warmer in winter, it's extremely useful - the only issue i found so far is when a person like me with close to 6 feet height sits on it, the forearms are not reaching to arm area properly i have to duck little and sit. i would definitely recommend this.

I had been looking for the "right" massage chair for over a year. I tried all all variations and had many expectations. Pulling the trigger was difficult, but I finally did it last month and I just couldn't be happier; absolutely no buyers remorse. I love it & I use it every night.

Easy assembly, everything great except neck massage.

This does what it is supposed to do. Assembling was not difficult but it is heavy and it's better to have two men putting it together. However, the reason I can't give it a 5 is because my husband does not fit well in it. I had read reviews that big men used it with no problem, but it is tight in the shoulders for him and almost too tall. We are still deciding whether to return it or not. Another thing I made a mistake with is thinking it would "replace" our current recliner but actually it needs it's own place. It is not a chair that you sit and watch sports in; it's a massage chair. So, be sure you have an alternate spot for it. My husband does like it and says it works great, what he's tried so far. I fit fine in it but I'm about half his size.

Got this on sale and could not be happier with the purchase. It is a great massage chair once it is setup. It comes in two pieces, but they are still rather heavy. The air pads are not the standout part of this. I don’t really see a benefit to them, but some might. The foot rollers and back/neck rollers are where this chair shines. The arm air pads should be higher in my opinion since my arms do not reach them well and I get my wrists and hands only. I have had it for about a month so far and use it every three days or so. I have had multiple back surgeries, the most recent three months ago, and this chair helps a lot with the pain. No issues to report so far.

Great purchase! Looked around the massage chair for 3 months and it was the worth the wait. Easy to move it around the house and assembly was a very simple. Saving $$$ every day plus no need to drive to the massage place no more!

I have wanted one for a few years. I finally made the purchase. I use it almost everyday and enjoy it very much.

Okay. It can't compare to a masseuse, but it does the job. Good foot massage that gets the circulation going. Nothing for hands, arms, or calves/thighs only a momentary compression that is adjustable in intensity. I personally enjoy zone massage on various portions of my back and the foot massage. So comfortable in support that I've fallen asleep in it. What really speaks for it is that my girlfriend seldom complains about her back when she complained everyday before the chair. That IS everything to me and was the deciding factor to keep it. It's a quick tuneup for me and if I get a few years out of it then it has paid for itself. It has no rude offers for a happy ending which I like and you don't have to tip, Hee Hee.

I stumbled onto this massage chair on the Home Depot website. I was browsing for something and saw this in the Special Buy of the Day for over 40% off! My wife and I have always wanted one but just did not have that kind of money to spend on a massage chair. But for 40% plus off, I pulled the trigger. Great early Christmas present for me and my wife. I ordered it in October and it was ready for delivery a few days later. It came in two boxes - the main box and a smaller box for the foot assembly. Delivery had to stop in my garage as the package would not fit thru the door. My son and I unpacked it and had no problem getting it inside. It has wheels so you can tilt it and move it around fairly easily. The assembly was super EASY! A couple of pins attaches the foot assembly to the chair and a couple of cable connectors and the air hose and BOOM - done! Plugged it in and immediately started using it without even having to read the manual to learn about the programming - it's that easy to operate. I was just that eager to get in the chair and use it. This chair delivers as advertised! I love the programmed (goes thru all the massage types) and manual features where you can select whatever massage type you want. One reviewer said the pressure wasn't strong enough. I'll have to disagree - the rollers and the air are plenty strong and the strength and intensity can be adjusted. I'm 5'6 and my wife is 5'2 or so and it fits both of us with no issues. The shoulder adjustments are awesome. If you're a large guy or smaller like my wife - you can adjust the width of the shoulders so you don't lose any functionality. The foot/leg assembly is spring loaded so if you're a taller guy, it can adjust to your length so you're legs/knees won't feel scrunched up. This thing will massage you from the nape of your head all the way down to the bottom of you buttocks. I have a bad back and the recline position on the zero gravity feature is fantastic for me. It takes all the weight of my lower back and I feel absolutely no pressure on my lower back. It is the most comfortable I have ever felt when laying down. The only thing I wish was that the air bags would cover my arm all the way up to the elbows - as it is, it covers my hand but doesn't quit get all the way to the elbows - but not a big deal at all. When I was in California, Costco had some different brands on demo - they were the $6000 ones. I tried them and there wasn't any noticeable difference to me. This massage chair absolutely meets our expectations! If you're on the fence as to buy or not, I'll tell you that we have no regrets.

The chair is really big and you can’t really use it as a chair. You have to recline it and bring your legs up to relax.

The Titan Osaka reclining massage chair has some short commings. The rollers are very agressive and uncomforatable and the adjustability is lacking. When just sitting in the chair like you would in a conventional recliner the rollers stick into your back and do not retract enough. The biggest negative is the adjustability of the sensivity of the programs. I thought this chair could double as a replacement for a rocker/ recliner but it does not. On sale for $ 1900.00 it is just not comfortable.

I received the chair rather quickly. My initial email from Home Depot stated I would receive the chair in about a week. I subsequently received a call from a trucking service and scheduled delivery for the next day with a four hour window. Unpacking and installing the footrest in my opinion is a two person job for a regular person. The footrest itself weighs about 50 pounds and is awkward to hold yourself while trying to make the connections and attach the bolts. I am not mechanically inclined (can't change my car oil or filter or change a flat tire) and ended up misplacing two (2) plastic washers and one (1) pin. After searching for over thirty minutes, I gave up and call Titan for replacement parts. Bryan was very understanding as I laughed at my ineptness and sent me the replacement parts rather quickly. I am getting rave reviews about the chair from my family and friends and personally I believe they are coming to "visit" the chair and not me. Great job Titan!

Outstanding chair. We are very satisfied with the purchase. I think it is one of the best performance and value for the price. Has lots of different pre-set functions, like deep tissue, stretch, energy, relax, full air, as well as manual functions. It can even massage specific spot with different ranges, intensities, strengths. One drawback is that neck massage is not as effective as expected. However, as the manual indicates, the cover can be removed for a stronger neck massage. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase and use it everyday multiple times!
