Battery dead
Had to trouble shoot the system on installation. Remote battery was dead. $7.00 for new batteries and no satisfaction from customer service

Lights stay on red upon plug in, even during daylight. Remote control does not respond
Upon plug-in after assembly, the plastic tab removed from the remote control, the led lights stay on red, even when it’s daylight. The remote control does not respond, even after the strobe and fade buttons are pushed simultaneously as instructed. Thinking of returning to Home Depot if not getting a response from Total Pond

We like the options in the colors, they way they fade, and they are bright enough. The spacing between each light could be a little longer as it limits where we can place them. Otherwise they look and work great.
