Always a great product, easy to install and adjust

Exactly what I needed!

Arrived in good condition; easy to install. The valve opens and closes by hand, as well as automatically, making cleaning and leaktest of downstream lines easy. Speed of automatic valve open is slow enough to keep water hammer manageable.

The valve worked fine but, this being the recommended replacement for my existing toro valves, the footprint was a different dimension, thus more work for me repiping

Toro valve probably OK. Misrepresented on Home Depot website. I needed a valve with 4.5 inch footprint to replace a failed valve. You don't stock that footprint, but your website stated the Toro valve had a 4.5 inch footprint. Actual valve has a 4.0 inch footprint, so I returned it.

Exact replacement for my existing valve (except the old cap nut is grey). Needed a new solenoid, too lazy to replace the entire valve so I replaced the insides of that half with that of the new one. Perfect fit, works perfect!

Our lawn sprinkler system has been controlled by Toro values for some 30 years. We have been very satisfied with their performance. When one of the values ceased working properly, I had to replace it. However, I found that the "new' version was 1/4" wider the the ones I had. After an extensive check of valves from other companies, Toro's 1/4" difference was the slightest. I only needed to slide the pipe over a 1/4" to have it fit as opposed to having to repipe. Concerned that the width between the in and out pipes might increase in the future, I bought sufficient valves to store for future replacement of all of our values if any or all of them ceased working properly.

The cap on my system is broken. Bought the complete unit just for the cap because nowhere I can get the cap. Considering the price and free store pickup, it is still reasonable.

Some one took the 1" valve out and put a 3/4 in the one 1" Box , I make it work but not real happy about it. it did cost a few dollars it was to late to take it back
