If your tired of bagging grass this is the way to go.
I got tired of bagging the grass , ordered this for my Toro zero turn mower on line and picked up at my local Home Depot week later. Instructions could have been better.
Installed in about 1 hour
I also put on a new blade and belt.
It really works well , grass is cut very fine and pushed into ground.
There were a few spots i had to go over again because grass was still sitting on top
I was on holidays for 2 weeks and i had to cut with deck up high and then 2cnd time with it at normal height and went over all 3 rd time.
After i was done it looked like i bagged it.

Recycler kit
Mower now cuts as well as a push mower. Did not install metal ring because holes didn't match. Didn't see reason to put it on as well. Very happy with the the performance.

Recycler kit for 32" toro.
I find this mulch kit ineffective. I cut grass only when it is dry and never close to 1/3 of length to cut off.
Over time the under side will accumulate grass build up and the recycling will become very poor. In addition the grass will be very difficult to clean from under side. I have been debating from just removing the units underneath and seeing how it will perform.

With the new “green “ movement by the public in place all mower manufactures now engineer and design the mower to be a mulching mower first and foremost. Therefore, the mower is designed to keep the grass blades in the mowing chamber for a longer period of time to mince up the clippings to the smallest particles. Yes, the spring grass does hold an extreme amount of moisture compared to summer when the heat of the sun dries it out very quickly.
Please find below some tips on cutting and mulching problems. Each lawn is unique in regards to the growth and lushness of grass. As such, subtle adjustments to the mower or method of mowing may be needed to provide optimum cut and finish appearance.
Cut only 1/3 of the grass blade at a time. Cut off up to one inch at a time.
If the finished lawn appearance is unsatisfactory, try one or more of the following:
Engine RPS at full throttle and drive at a slower pace while mowing
Raise the cutting height on your mower .
Cut the grass more frequently
Overlap the cutting swaths instead of cutting a full swath with each pass.

Mulching Kit for 3200 Toro riding mower
I purchased a mulching kit for my 3200 Toro riding mower. I installed it within thirty minutes. I took it for a spin and it was everything I was looking for. No clumps left behind it works like a champ.

Fine small clumps
This kit does work but I find that it will leave clumps of very fine grass especially when leaving the lawn onto the driveway. It is like it has a cloud of grass spinning until it looses the suction on concrete. This happens when grass is dry and the deck has been thoroughly cleaned. I recommend this because it really does chop up the grass.

Hard to Install
Hard to install because the holes in the deck and kit can only match one way. I had to put it on and take it off three times to get deck and kit holes to match. Instructions and picture were very poor. There is a gap between the kit and deck once the kit is installed. The holes in the kit and mower deck do match, if you find the right hole. Good luck.

Great Purchase
The mulching kit had everything you need to complete the job. It really Mulches the grass and pine straw I have on my lawn. It helps to have a sharp blade on the mower. I am very please with the product and wish I would have gotten it when I got the mower. It was easy to install if you are handy with your hands and the right tools.

Works well but takes a couple of hours to install.
mulches very good. All grass residue lands under the mower instead of a pile to the right.

Not a good poduct.
Holes on deck & recycle kit did not match.
To hard to install recycle kit.
It left gaps between the deck and the recycle kit causing grass deposits between them & hard to wash out.
Spacers attached to deck for recycle kit causes the same problem.
Bolts that hold recycle kit in place will wear out and cause them to be hard to remove.
P.S. I would change the design from bolting on to slipping over the outer of the deck and have a bolt with a nut fixed on the other side to tighten the clamp type device in place.

Great "must have" accessory!
Tool-less deck removal was easy to access the whole deck and install this myself. Really leaves a nice crisp cut and no sign of residual grass blades.
