Received it today it says 14,000 BTU online but the box says 13,5000 BTU same model number..... not fair false advertising

Worked great. Cooled off my house behind 450sqft.

This A/C was a bit of an overkill for my 140 sf room but it cooled it down fast. I had it on high all the time and although loader than my central a/c which was broke my wife and me got use to it on the first night. This was a savior so I could do my due diligence and select the best central a/c company without having to rush. We used it for about 8 days straight.

I’ve only had this air conditioner since 5/9/22, it is now 12/24/23 and all it blows on cool at 67degrees on high is warm air, it is very disappointing, tried to troubleshoot it but still no progress. the drain tube is in place and prior to that, it would collect so much water, I literally have a 10 gallon pan I have the hose running into. During the summer months, I would have to dump it out twice! I’ve never had this problem with any other units before, but otherwise for a unit to have to be replaced every year is ridiculous.

Single hose systems creates a negative pressure environment so all intake air comes from under the door or wherever it can get it even through the walls where it's extremely dusty and dirty. A two hose system is better but all of them draw in unfiltered air and the ones with filters only filter the air that's inside the room. None of them filter the air from the outside air intake. For this you have to make your own contraption using plexiglass. I took 2 systems back and I'm not buying another one.

So far I have been very pleased with this air conditioner. It kicks out a good amount of cold air. The only improvement that I would like to see is, it is pretty loud and I wish it had a low setting, to lower the noise level.

Unfortunately this powerful machine blows air up to the ceiling. almost straight up. So I have a room that's 15x30 and it takes way too long to reach to the end of the room. I tried tilting it, but it has a security mechanism that turns it off when it's not straight. Unfortunately I had to return it...

I am very pleased with my new cooling system. It is everything that I was expecting.

Very nice A/C unit. Very happy with it.

The product looks great and blows cold air if you’re within about 3 feet of it, otherwise the scolding hot exhaust ducting overpowers the cooling effect. There’s no way it will cool 450sqft. If anything, it made the room hotter.

Unit does great job of cooling. The castors are terrible, and the window mount kit is cheap and flimsy. Going to return and see if I can find one that’s easier to move and setup in different rooms.

I purchased this because my son recommended. After I purchased the same AC unit, his would only work on low mode & leaked all over the floor ruining the wood floor. Also, it is NOT energy star rated & it is horribly inefficient. My unit will only cool to 74 degrees after one year and 27 days. Which means it is past warranty. This is a very expensive piece of junk and sadly my family paid almost $800 for less than a year of AC between the 2 units. An open window is better than this AC!

I love this A/C. It is the second one we have purchased. We love it because it has an economy settings so it is not going all the time, and knows when it needs to activate to work more. It is quieter than most and works well for our living room (and the upstairs bedroom)

Unit had a sensor error right out of the box. After googling troubleshooting issues, tried to unplug, and restart, and unit would work off and on. Poor unit.

Used for one season, seemed decent. Set it up to use this summer and barely made the room any different if anything. Waste of money.
