The grill was easy to assemble there’s a learning curve to using the grill never had a pellet grill before I do have a pellet stove so it helped I love it so far as a smoker I’m sure I’ll figure out the grilling aspect

We purchased a Traeger several years ago and have loved it ever since. We use it like an oven rarely cooking any meat with the inside ovens. Now with the family getting smaller as kids move out and starting their own lives we decided to get a smaller grill. We love all the new features and how fast it warms up and how it is able to stay more constant with the temperature. Bonus on the searing feature and now the WiFi capability, all things that we obviously didn't have on our old grill. The grill was easy to set up delivery was pretty speedy even during the Christmas holiday season. Thank you Traegar for your amazing products.

Great smoker, easy to set up. My only gripe is that it took 15 days from order date to get to me.

Great grill and great wifi technology. Really my only grievance is that the meat probe that comes with the grill is off by about 25 degrees. I have to use my own Bluetooth meat probe which I don't really mind, however I can not "set it and forget it" since the hardwired probe doesn't work properly.

So I have two smokes through it now and the second was better than the first - very good so far and will season along the way - first smoke brisket, second smoke turkey

Grill works very well, holds temp in very cold weather, hot spots are minimal. Only down side is the amount of smoke produced.

Best purchase of the year. Never thought grilling and smoking could be this essy and fun.

Love this Traeger smoker. Great results and so easy to use

The purchase and delivery experience was terrible. Delivery time was stated as 3-4 days and it took approximately 2 weeks to receive. Called multiple times with no resolution or reasons for the delay. I’ve used the grill a couple of times and have been impressed with the ease and functionality.

This grill is beautiful! Gets to temp really quickly and holds a lot of food for the size. Huge improvement from my Pro 34. Highly recommended.

As a smoker/grill, the Ironwood is top shelf. I pad to have mine assembled, but they lost the grease bucket. I had to call Traeger to get one

Well built, with lots of upgraded features. This is a replacement for a unit I have had for ten years. I love the wifi. I can cook from my lounge chair.

This grill is awesome. I pretty much use it exclusively for cooking. Its features make cooking great tasting meats and vegetables easier than using the oven in my kitchen. Using the temperature probe and the app on my phone lets me forget about it until the internal temperature is reached, and the alarm goes off on my phone. My kitchen oven can't do that. But more importantly the taste and flavor of the food is unsurpassed. Yes, I love this grill.

I got my grill already assembled, however when I went to Home Depot to pick it up there were a few pieces missing that I discovered after I got it home and looked at it. I went back to the store and was told to go back to where the other grills were and get what was missing. I did, but that grill that I took it off of will now have the same problem that I did - not a good practice Home Depot. The grill itself works great - now that I have the upper grill and the oil catch bucket. I had to print out my own Owners Manual because that was one of the 3 items missing - that’s how I found out what was missing.

Easy to assemble, the YouTube was very helpful. Worked great the first time. Roasted a half chicken and then did an 8 hour beef rib smoke. Both came out great! I have been smoking meat with traditional smokers for years and this was foolproof with super results. The app was flawless too.

Although my grill arrival was delayed, I could not have been more pleased with the ease of assembly and packaging. The box will provide hours of enjoyment for my 22 month old granddaughter. My wife and I had the grill assembled and in operation in 45 minutes. I’ve had my grill for a week and have 3 cooks under my belt. I have made spatchcock chicken, ribs and a meatloaf. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of all three attempts thus far. To date, my only issue is with the meat probe as my thermopen is reading a lower temp than the probe. I’ve checked my thermopen calibration so I am convinced there is an issue with the meat probe. I plan to do one more cook on a larger piece of meat and double check the probe before reaching out to customer service so I make darn sure it’s not user error. Overall, exceeding my expectations.

I love how easy it is to get great tasting food from the grill! The app is easy to use and the probe tells you exactly when to take the meat off.

I’ve owned this model for over a year now. Stellar performance and couldn’t be happier. My BFF own a timberline an we both think this is the superior model. I bought this one for my daughter.

This was a birthday present for my father. Store sent him the floor model, which was nice because he did not have to assemble it. The bad was they forgot the manuals, the temp probe and a few other things. I thought for sure this was going to end bad. However the store manager called me told me he would fix it, and then hand delivered the missing parts and a few bags of extra pellets to him and some extra drip pans. above and beyond!

There has not been one day that passed without having some dish on the Ironwood since I purchased it. When tasting the food, I feel like I've just leveled up to wizard level and that it's impossible to mess up a good piece of meat unless you are trying to. Your product quality is exceptional, from the packaging all the way through to the grill and accessories. Absolutely love it and won't look back! Keep it up!
