We thought by looking at the store sample under their lights and i guess only seeing one little piece, that it was going to be lighter than it actually was when it arrived. It was darker than we wanted and the quailty was ok. To me not the best quality but not the worst kinda in the middle. Their service people were nice n delievery installers too. So that was good. First estimate of measurement of the areas was a bit extra carpet , could of cost me hundreds more but when i inquired, they measured in a different way leaving less left over. Saving money. Yes they had to do more cuts but it turned out great by the installer. Why pay more? And still had a good little piece left. Kuddos!

Beware! Terrible quality: mats down
If you are considering this carpet, you better beware. When it was installed, it looked great. But then I noticed it not only showed footprints, but it matted down without returning to its shape. I started to vacuum it a lot, but it didn’t matter, it mats down terribly; especially in high traffic areas and at doorways. After realizing this was a bad carpet, I felt sick to my stomach that I spent so much money for this terrible carpet. As I said, beware if you are considering buying this carpet.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Trafficmaster Palmdale II Forest Path carpet. The areas that have high traffic benefit with additional maintenance. A hot water extraction/steam cleaning may provide you with the resiliency you are looking for.

The carpet is plush and soft to walk on. The color is vibrant. The customer service was helpful and very accommodating. The delivery and install was quick and the installers were all very helpful and explained everything. Overall I'm very pleased!

Seems are visible, and there were no transition strips to the tile areas. Improbably will not do carpet again. For now the color to bedrooms is very close, and that was the positive. The padding is also excellent!

I like the carpet very much. I was extremely disappointed by the amount that was discarded. I felt like hundreds of dollars, that I had to pay, was just thrown into the garbage.
