Have used this pot a few times since we purchased it. Holds up well, so far. Easy to clean. Was packed very well and arrived with no imperfections.

Perfect for stove top browning and slow oven simmering. Great for stew. Cleans up so much easier than my cast iron Dutch oven. The blue color is exceptionally good looking.

The Tramontina Dutch Oven is beautiful! I was surprised that this color was on sale, and at Home Depot! I got it shipped to store in time for Christmas. As always, enameled cast iron is wonderful to cook in. Heat it up slowly, then cook as usual. Make a great pot for soups, stews, even stir frys.

Excellent Tramontina Dutch Oven. Excellent quality! Food is cooked to perfection, no matter what your do, be it soups, slow cooking, stews, etc. The pot itself is pretty heavy, though. I recommend it to anybody that wishes to purchase a Dutch oven pot. It is worthy to have such a pot in the kitchen.

Excellent pot. Used it on a gas stove and it cooks evenly. The capacity is great as well. Love this pot. Bought it for my daughter, but will buy another for me.

Beautiful Dutch oven !

Very happy! Heavy, cooks evenly, and easy to clean. One mini drawback: knob on pot lid is not heat-resistant (but that’s what pot holders are for!).

The wife loves it and that's all that matters !

I bought 3 of these to help with the once a week big batch cooking plan. I use a lot of cast iron, so imagine my surprise to find the Majolica Red matches my Staub Grenadine, the Dark Blue is a perfect match to my Le Creuset Midnight Blue (lots of sparkle dots) and the Cobalt is stunning too. They are mid-heavy weight, not light cast iron and certainly not like some super heavy cast iron, that you hardly ever want to pull out and use. I find the clean up to be very easy, even after searing meats and braising for hours. The best part is they easily fit into a one side of a double sink. Great for making stocks, soups, stews, breads, roasting... So far, six mos of at least weekly use, no issues. This would be a great gift for just about anyone.

Very well made. Color is beautiful. Gave it away to my daughter who loves it because it was too heavy for me. Home Depot should list the weight of this item in their description with the width, height, and depth. Yes I knew it was cast iron but I was hoping it was like the lesser weight cast irons. This was a heavy weight and I have no soups or stews in it yet. Do have a request though....how about making the same colors in the tramontina aluminum pots.

Received this wonderful addition to my kitchen as part of the HD review program. This Dutch oven is just what it says in the product description. Very well made, heavy duty, great lid and handles that will not loosen over time. Can use on any type of cooking surface. I have made several different dishes and all have turned out perfect. The size is just right for a family, too. No hot spots, even heat, easy to care for & is appealing to the eye. Will last for many years. No cons!
