The quality of the product is good, but the installation instructions are quite poor. Unclear diagrams and very little explanatory text. Fortunately, some good Youtube videos by experienced installers got me through the correct installation. The adhesive underlayment provided is very good quality (very strong adhesion and tough, flexible rubber material. Beware that an extra part is tucked into the saddle flashing and must be pulled out. It looks like it should be in there, but until you pull it out (and discard it, in most cases), the saddle flashing will not fit properly over the skylight frame.

Made installation a breeze, top corners of top flashing could use improvement, too tight.

Roffers installed. It is a bit soon to rate performance, so can't give it a higher or lower rating at this time.

Fit perfect for a replacement skylight. Replaced 24 year old skylight.

Well packaged, looks great. Since you can’t get the leak warranty without it, it is highly recommended. Brought out to my car at our local HD by William, who did a great job!

Flashing kit installed per the instructions

The skylight and flashing kit were in unopened boxes which is always a good thing. All the specs and material lists were accurate and that led to a flawless installation.

This trim kit was exactly as described and worked well. Easy to install.

If you buy a Velux skylight, you need this. It makes the install nearly trouble-free... And I think is needed to honor the warranty.

Outrageously expensive, but then, no leaks after it's first torrential downpour. Special order from the factory delivered in reasonable time. Make SURE you order the correct kit for your roofing type and window installation method. Took me a couple of tries.....
