Just amazingly graceful
I bought this a month ago saw some bad reviews but decided to take a chance and try it out for myself since i really loved the look .. and boy was i right it looks feels and works amazing sleek and classy . Water flow is perfect and goes perfectly with my new counters so i 100% reccomend this product and now a fan of vigo products

Slick & Modern
I bought this faucet a couple days ago and could not wait to install it. It feels very sturdy and looks slick and modern in our modern kitchen. The swivel function of the neck is smooth and the water pressure is great. I would recommend this faucet for anyone looking for something modern, eye catching, and very functional. It is also great for washing big pots and pans that normally get in the way of faucets.

Big but beautiful
This is a nice piece that works well and comes with everything you need in its packaging. All parts are nicely finished and although it's a lot taller than our previous faucet we're getting used to it. Totally recommended. Great value.

Great pressure and pretty details
This faucet in gold is just what we were looking for. This is our 2nd Vigo faucet and we weren’t sure if this would have enough of a powerful spray. It definitely does, and works great switching between stream and spray. I love the added detail of the texture to the nozzle that is pretty and functional for added grip. The soap dispenser was the wrong color and customer service took care of the issue promptly.

Pretty design but...
This faucet is beautiful but the handle never returns into its original position. You have to force it in. That is impractical because we use it when extended all the time and to have to force it back in is ridiculous. Looks pretty but poorly designed.

Love this faucet
Beautiful faucet and soap dispenser! It works great. You do, however, have to push up the pull down after using or it has a black gap since it doesn't retract fully.

Great faucet. Spray hose could be a little longer.
This is a great faucet. The only thing keeping this from being a five-star review is the pullout sprayer hose could be a couple of inches longer. I really like the toggle function between spray and normal modes. I also like the spray strength and pattern.

Extremely disappointed
This is a beautiful product. Well made and modern but timeless design. However, after purchasing and paying for Handy installation I learned it -*does NOT* have a spray feature or magnetized pull down cap. I compared four faucets before buying this one and somehow overlooked that this one does not expand its spray which I thought was a standard feature on a kitchen faucet. I would return but then I’d have to pay another plumbing installation fee.

Good Day! We are sorry for the confusion but not all faucets are the same. We try to have an array of kitchen faucets to suit the preferences of each customer. This is a faucet for those customers who do not want or need a spray function and don't want to accidentally press a button which would switch the stream to spray and have to keep switching it back. It is also stated on our website (https://www.vigoindustries.com/gramercy-pull-down-kitchen-faucet-vg02008-2450) that our Gramercy kitchen faucet is a single function faucet in stream mode. Also, the faucet does not require a magnet because it has a counterweight which is attached to the sprayer hose under the counter. Great, with one big exception
I love the way this looks. But, I hate that there is no "sprayer" function. I thought it had one, but I didn't discover that until it was installed. By then, it was a little late to return.

llh1 thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed that there is no sprayer function on this model. We do have many models that do, but this one was not made with that in mind. Instead it does have the pulldown stream function.

Big improvement!
I love this faucet. The old Moen was small and had no pull out feature. Now I can spray my double sinks with ease and fill up my large Brita water filter without having to drop it into the sink. Awesome product and it looks very sleek and modern!

Looks Fancy
I had this faucet installed by a plumber this week. When the faucet arrived, I thought it looked huge compared to online photos. It's just thicker and overall a large faucet. I am happy with the purchase. The only thing that stands out as a mystery, is when I turn on the water, there is a humming noise as the water flows through the faucet. It can be annoying at times. Does anyone know why there is a humming noise?
