shelves are plastic crap. grill housing itself is decent enough, though would like to see more stainless instead of painted iron for fasteners. cooks pretty good but no added grate or deflectors or nothing. No frills Kamado.

Unreal bang for your buck. The Grill is beefy, packed amazingly, very little assembly, super sturdy construction, welded stand, massive ceramic structure. This grill is so so cheap for what you get, this is so impressive. Would buy ten times over.

I bought one at the end of last summer and have been using it regularly ever since. If you've never eaten food cooked on one of these, you don't know what your missing.

This is a hard review because i really wanted to love this grill but before i get to far in my explanation i do not even have the grill yet. Just dealing with customer service has been a nightmare my grill was lost in transit and vision grills just says oh whelm its out there somewhere for about 30 days now . and Home depot says a similar statement. I am afraid of if i ever get a vision grill the customers service will be the same this is my first Kamado grill and my experience just with communication service and shipping has been a nightmare. If anything changes i can update my review but as of now its a 1 start or no starts if there was an option for that.

Great unit, well worth the price. Extremely air tight and that’s what it takes for a good smoker. I’m a veteran smoker/griller, predominantly creosote producing off sets. I will never go back. In addition to the great method and taste of the food, it is very economical. Seven hours on one basket of lump and six chunks of wood, with some leftover is something I wouldn’t have believed if I hadn’t of done it myself. It’s not set and forget. You have to get it dialed in and adjust dampers accordingly. So. I’m very happy with my Vision and I do recommend.

We purchased this grill as an entry level test run with a kamado grill before deciding on the thousands of dollar investment on a green egg. After several months of at least twice weekly use, we realized there was no need to purchase the more expensive model, this one met all of our expectations. The assembly was easy, the product has withstood beachside elements, the ease of cooking is remarkable and it is virtually impossible to produce anything less than an excellent meal. Without reservations we highly recommend this product.

It’s excellent and I cannot think of a reason to spend more for a similar sized “name brand” version.

Wish I had done more research, this one doesn’t have an ash tray.

I have been using the smoker 5 times a week. It gives a smokier flavor than the egg.

Easy to assesmble. Very heavy in the box though. Had it delivered to my home. Once you take it out and the pieces come apart it’s easy to put together.

This is not a plug and play grill. It takes some experience to get the best results. Because of the size and weight of the grill it takes some time and charcoal to get it up to temp before you start cooking. Then it is really great

Only had it a few weeks, quality seems great. Easy to assemble. With a little learning curve, able to hold 225 to 250 easily, and crank it up to 500 also. Great grill at a affordable price. Lots of accessories too.

Excellent grill for the money. Will do anything a big green egg will do for about half the price.

Instructions were clear for assembly. Fit and finish is good. Cooks as advertised. I have cooked ribs low and slow and was able to keep the temperature controlled very well. Brisket is next!

So far so good..haven't used it yet..easy to put together..i actually removed the lid to make it lighter putting it in the stand

Product description needs to be updated. The handle and folding tables are now plastic not wood. Aesthetically less pleasing. Otherwise seems to be a well built grill, but at this price point the plastic is disappointing.
