I bought this partly for the great jet turbine retro aesthetics and partly because Vornado has a solid reputation. At full speed, this is able to circulate air in every corner of my 11'x10' bedroom. I'm often listening to music with headphones so the slightly loud fan noise at full speed doesn't bother me. Be aware that it isn't quiet at the full RPM. At half speed, it doesn't circulate the air fully, but is perfect for pointing directly at me when I'm at my desk. I can still feel it when it's halfway across the room. When I run it as I fall asleep, I enjoy the noise it makes at half speed. Don't expect the power of a full-size box fan or ceiling fan, but it gets the job done well for a smallish bedroom and looks great (I bought the white). Side note- I recommend buying a smart plug to turn this into a smart plug. Makes the experience so much better

I love these fans! I bought two; one for my kitchen and one for my home office. The color gray matches my cabinets perfectly, and it works great to target smoke to my weak exhaust fan when searing. The white one went to my office, which tends to get hot. I'm a very happy customer!

i really loved this fan, for a long time too. but somewhere along the road it got wonky, it now is EXTREMELY loud on the first setting, and takes like 5-10 minutes to kick back into normal and sound okay again. i’m really annoyed because i loved this fan. it’ll wake me up in the middle of the night making suuuuch a weird noise. i’ve been fickiling with it for 20 minutes now.

Great source of comfort! Don’t get the super mini desk fan. Probably makes more sense to have someone blow on you. This is the perfect size for my desk, and cools me down quickly when needed. Stylish too.

I just bought this mini fan in August to help alleviate the hot summer we are having in California this year. The fan is really cute and adorable. However, it's not as powerful as I would have liked it to be...it's mostly only good for keeping near your desk. Also, it's very, very loud, especially on the second setting. I've debated whether to keep or return. It's beautiful, but I'm not sure that it's very functional.

I bought this little gem to use in my little kitchen. I needed something I could put on a countertop and move the air. This fan is perfect! It's small enough to be inconspicuous, but funky enough to be cool (no pun intended).

The best looking fan in our house. Small spaces with more fans is better than big ones. More efficient and better looking.

Like the metal housing. Puts out good breeze. Mounted on porch ceiling to circulate air and it works just as we hoped it would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan allows for excellent airflow in my 3rd floor home office without taking up much space on my desk. It's a very small fan, but has the performance of a large box-type window fan. It's quiet - not so quiet as to be unnoticeable, but certainly not as loud as a window air conditioner or similar. It's also heavy/sturdy enough to not move about or tip over easily. I really love this little fan and will probably buy another model - possibly a larger one for my home gym.

This little fan is cute, with a kind of brushed metallic look, and creates a decent amount of airflow for its size. I wish it were a little less bulky as my desk space is already limited (my primary use is in my home office). It is not excessively noisy, but the motor isn't silent by any means (it is a fan after all). I find it to be a nice, reasonable-volume noise, and might even be nice to fall asleep to. It does not oscillate, which is a drawback for me, and only has two speed settings. I find it comparable to other fans of its size, and would probably purchase it independently if the price was $35 or less (I'm not sure of the retail price). Overall a nice product, and looks to be well-built.

It is quite but still powerful enough to circulate the air in my bedroom. The base is not flimsy and the fan can be adjusted to tilt up or down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this fan to try out and give my opinion on it. At first look, it has a nice retro/vintage design, light weight but seems to be sturdy. I first used it for my bedroom (144 sq ft.) as it starts to get warm during this time of year in So. Cal but for me, it was a little bit on the loud side to use while I sleep and it didn't quite give me the coolness I like in my room. I then brought it to my work to use on my desk. It was perfect for a personal fan on my desk, it didn't take up too much space and the humming seem to blend in with all the other office equipment I am surrounded with all day. All in all, good fan for personal use, nice design and works for small spaces.

It does not oscillate, so point it where you need it and leave it alone. There are two settings, high and low. It's super quiet! I could definitely turn this on without really noticing the noise. I had not tried this fan before I received a trial product, but I like it. I buy fans for various uses, so I would want to know what it's good for before I purchase. I wouldn't buy this one to drown out noise or to cool a large room. But I would definitely purchase it for what it is great for: smaller spaces; nice, quiet function; stylish look. There's something about how it looks that I really like. It's cute and little and retro, while at the same time it's modern and sleek. I would put it in a nursery, next to someone who likes a fan blowing on them while they sleep, on my desk while I'm working, or really anywhere that I don't need a large, noisy box fan. If you're looking for an attractive fan that's powerful in a small space, this is the one you want!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fan! It has so much power for such a compact fan. It's slightly noisy, but I actually prefer that because it soothes me to sleep. It can be placed into many directions for perfect air accuracy. My only complaint is that one of the rubber grippers on the stand was off. I can clip it back around the stand, but the tiny screw that holds it into place is stripped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this little fan in the living room to blow some extra air on me. I had it across the room and it blew plenty of air on the low setting. High setting was even better. The swithc for hi and low was quiet and too easy to switch. I would prefer slightly more tactile when switched. The physical size of the fan is great and not obtrusive at all. You didn't even know it was sitting on the ground! The weight of the fan is perfect as it provided great stability for it. It was also louder than I thought it should have been for the size. With a TV on I didn't notice but with no other noise going on in the area it was noticeable but not overwhelming. All in all, I would definitely recommend this might little fan. Great air output and worth the investment.

You feel like it isn't going to fall apart by this time next year. It reminds me of the vintage heavy fans (not near as heavy) but those things were built to last, it seems they built this one to last too. I would buy another one of these again if I had another need for it, which I'm sure I could find one! I had never heard of the Mini Modern Vintage Air Circulator before participating in this program. I would recommend this fan over any other small fan any day. It seems to be great quality.

Such a powerful fan in a compact size. I will def be letting everyone know that this fan is the BEST for the value. I never had heard of this type of fan and glad I found it.
