Went on smoothly and after I let it soak in and wiped off the excess the finish was velvet smooth. Would definitely recommend Watco Tung Oil.

I have to say it brought out the wood color again !!!

WATCO tung oil is the best. It give red wood very pretty color. However, the one i bought has a big problem--can not open the cap. so i return it. The cap need be redesign.

I love Tung oil. I have used it for years and have tried numerous companies and strength. I bought this in a pinch because I didn't have time to order online as normal. Went to Home Depot and this is what they had in stock. Pretty thin and definitely not 100% but to their defense it was not advertised as being 100%. Rolled the dice and it was what I expected but it dried really odd. Never seen Tung Oil act like this stuff. Tried it on a few other things the next week or so. Disappointed every time. Some may be happy but I have used Tung Oil that set my bar very high for this product.

It absorbs into the wood and leaves a good looking finish on the wood

I really can't review the product because I am unable to open the can....I have tried a dozen times to get the child proof cap off, but no dice.....I live alone and have mild arthritis in my hands....I guess I will have to ask a child to open it for me.

I used this product on a cedar swing set. I did three coats and accomplished an indoor furniture finish. It has been rained on a few time this last 6 months and it still looks very good. There are a couple spots I need to sand and redo, but that was not expected since the recommendations I got were to do five coats.

Used this oil on my butcherblock counter top and it brought out the best in the wood. Love it

Lid issue! Two of us at home could not remove lid. Took it back to Garwood Store. Three workers could not remove it. I returned it and kind worker called Springfield Store. Drove there. Worker could not remove lid from first can and was successful on the second. I bought it. Last year I had to get a passing neighbor to open the same product. So who will reimburse me for time, gas and frustration!

Works as advertised, only glitch was it took more than 24 hours to completely dry. Instructions should have said "between 24 - to 72 hours" to completely dry.

Works well. I mix this with watco teak oil 50/50 to use as substitute for Formsbys that you can no longer buy.

Easy to apply and leaves a nice shine

First coat remained tacky aft48 hours and had to be stripped with mineral spirits I replaced the finish with Minwax tung oil which u no longer carry that worked perfectly

yes I was very impressed on how well it works, I like it better than using poly.
