Love having the option to leave our french door open with this screen door. The retractable option was perfect for us because our high altitude, wind, sun kill screens. So far the only issue is that since its retractable there is nothing really holding the screen in the frame so when the wind blows or dogs touch the screen it comes out of the bottom easily. You also have to hold the screen when retracting to make sure it stays on track. These are all minor issues for what it brings to the table.

Pros: Operates easily. Good quality. Cons: Poor directions

We love our new hidden screen doors. It was great to find the size we needed. We had to tweak the sill some but it was super easy install. Nice quality and love the locking feature. Well worth the price. Just looks like trim around the doors.

Our French Doors are small so we had to make adjustments and build out the frame inside the two side lights but they work perfectly

1st season worked great not the weather is warming up and would like to use our French doors. One side it same as last year but the right side (from outside view) is sticking in the bottom. Tried to adjust all I could in. Past 3 /hrs but no lock, keeps getting stuck. I hope Munifacture or a rep. Gets back to me.

The box states that installation time is 30 minutes. I take exception with this time estimate. It took far more than 30 minutes to install this screen door. It required about 90 minutes to install this door with two people. However once it was installed, it appears to be constructed with good quality materials. One screw is stripped that allows one of the screens to remain locked in place. This will result in me spending time to find a replacement screw or mechanism that will address this issue. Overall, I'm pleased after installing this screen door yesterday. It has mostly met my expectations. However, I did not see any other screen doors listed on the Home Depot website, so this was my default choice.

The screen freezes in the winter and it gets hard to open. Screen often falls out of the bottom of the track resulting in gap for bugs to get in. Good concept for a retracting screen door but there could be improvements

Great product. Opens and closes easily. No problems with installation. Easy to see screen is nice.

The product looks real nice and was easy to install

It did not meet my expectations. less than a week the screen was out of one side- no pets- no children and not used over 6 times.

Over priced and flimsy. Was horrible to install and retractable screen broke after one season. Even took it apart to see if I could fix it. Can't get anyone on customer service to help. Waste of money! Very disappointed!

I bought 3 of these doors. One double and 2 singles. The singles work pretty good, but this double is junk. I bought mine lat last summer and it was not in use at all for the entire winter. I started using it in March of 24 and it is just junk. I don’t have any small children trying to use it. My wife hates it because she can’t operate it. It falls out of the track, and is almost impossible to use. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE

Screen door works wonderfully

This was exactly what I was looking for! I took the time to check into similar products and finally decided on this. I would suggest watching the video as it explains and shows how to assemble the screen frame. It is a two person job as someone will need to hold screen and frame to door so the other person can screw it on. Also measure several times to ensure you have gotten the correct size. The locking mechanism that holds the stationary screen needed to be adjusted, however once done it all came together. I will now be able to enjoy the early morning sounds without letting the bugs in!

Fairly easy to assemble and install. Works great, ideal for French patio doors.

The retractable screen is very well made. and nice looking. I like that it has the two darker stipes at the top and bottom for people and pets. I'm sure it will prevent any possible "walk throughs". It does stick or bind a little when opening and closing and it can possibly be adjusted to take care of that issue. All iin all, I'm very pleased with it. It arrived a little earlier than expected which was nice.

The product is flimsy and does not lock. Ther is a rip in the screen already, and it was only installed a month ago. It is not usable.

We had to be gentle with the screen from day one. The left-hand screen stopped retracting. Oddly enough thats the one we didn't use very much. I took it apart and found the spring came loose. I reattached it, but it still would not work. This is a very expensive screen to get one summer of use out of. I never thought the quality or look was great but if it functioned I could live with it, Considering it no longer functions, I can't recommend this product. Save your $$ don't buy this screen.

Easy to assemble and install as long as you read the instructions and “dry assemble” it first. The plastic lock mechanism is weak and not very secure. I added an additional hasp for better security. The screen material is pretty flimsy so be careful not to push on it or kick into it. Otherwise it will serve the purpose intended, to let fresh air in and keep insects and rodents out.

No adjustments for out of square door

Instructions had me guessing on a few items. Guide could be clearer. Product is great.

The product looked fine but the company failed to say it needed an enlarged opening 98” in height. We had to return it as un-installable.

Very nice door. However the right side screen came loose within the frame. Customer Service for the company is not very good! Very hard to reach and get answers.
