i really like how this works.

Perhaps the most frustrating customer service I have had to EVER deal with. No live on the phone available. When you get into a chat with an agent after waiting approx 45 minutes, they leave if you don't respond immediately . They ask for long numbers to be found on the screen door then multiple pictures all which take some time to download and resend. Then you come back with the info and they are GONE. Get back into the queue to wait for another 45 minutes. PATHETIC. PS the door screen on the active double door came off the roller. Guess what. The screen is attached with double sided tape!

This is the second door of this type brand and model. The first one was installed incorrectly and believe it was broken when installed. This new door was installed a few weeks ago and is working fine. We will see how it holds up. It appears that the company has strengthen the screen at the bottom and top of the screen so it stays in the tracks better. We will see.

Works great and very easy to install.

Installation was pretty simple and the spring loaded retractable screens work great. One touch of the latch button and the screen quickly opens by itself.

Explanations when you need to trim the mouldings are lousy and sometimes contradictory. Product works very well though.

The best retractable screen door I’ve used at this point. It’s the third one I’ve used in the “double” space and it operates much better than any others I’ve used.

Measurements did not match description and we got 2 bottom brackets instead of a top and a bottom.

Just got new French patio doors abs absolutely needed to get a screen to allow us to have them open in the summer. Did a lot of research and with a balance of price and function we went with the Weatherstar. I had to watch a few YouTube videos to make sure I got the install right but it wasn’t bad. Definitely not the 30 min advertised but not much more than 90 minutes and that included having to reverse the handles for an out swinging door. My only complaints are the screen roller is really loud and the screen comes out of the track every once in a while (but can be fed back in). Otherwise it works as advertised and is a great investment to the doors we had installed!

It is quite a nice screen door not as sturdy as I would like but for the price it will work fine for me I don't have any little kids running in and out all the time the last one lasted three years

The screen keeps coming out from the top of the door. This has happened to two different doors

Easy to install but the quality is not very good. The screen does not retract without assistance.

Would really have liked to have seen that it was harder for the screen to be knocked out of the track. A dogs nose slightly touching it can make the screen come out of the bottom track. Other than that it was easy to install and I’m glad we have it.

This is a terrific product, yes the screen is light duty, not the best if you have dogs or children. However, if you want a screen that easily slides, and can span a 72” opening, this is an excellent choice. The instruction booklet guides you through the installation. Forget 30 minute install, more like 90 minutes.

Worked well for about two months and no longer retracts. I love the idea but save your money and get a normal screen door. These products are not ready for primetime yet, doesn't matter which brand you choose to go with.

It was easy to install. works great and is a bit more durable then I was expecting. 15 lb cat decided he wanted to bird on the Lanai. Ran full tilt at the door, and bounced off it. No damage to the door.

The extruded rails are nearly impossible to mate to the plastic part of the screen assemblies. This took hours to figure out. Whomever designed this should be tortured! The instructions are inadequate, and need better mechanical illustrations. The aluminum sill plate is badly burred and prevented use of the plastic sill plate extenders on one side, despite filing and smoothing them out. The box was damaged but product was not. Really need to improve the instructions, and simplify the rails

The door looks nice, but the screen is absolute garbage. It quickly tore out of the seams and cannot ne replaced. Brisa doesnt warranty the screen so now its useless. DO NOT BUY!

This door arrived quickly and without damage. Bizarrely, the metal base plate slopes INWARD toward the house, thereby funneling stormwater directly into the basement. The "retractable" doors quit working after about 6 months. Our contractor followed instructions to the letter. It's been about a year and a half since we paid $500 for the door and installation, and I'm planning to remove it and throw it away. I sure could use that $500 again. This thing is horrible.
