Starter did not work.

We love the grill but we had it out together and it is missing a screw/bolt in the back. How do we get it?

I elected to purchase a NON assembled Grill. The box it came in was an engineering marvel. So well designed, not one part of the grill was damaged. As I looked at everything I took out of the box and saw a birds eye view of all the parts it was almost over whelming. Once I started to assemble it I realized the grill was so well made and went together without any problems what so ever. Very well made, very well. Felt like I created a master piece when I was done.

It is everything I was expecting and it cooks great.

the flame was great for the first few grilling. Now I have trouble getting the grill to 350 degree. I can only use two burners. If I turn on the third burner, there is no flame coming out on the third burner. I am planing to take it back for exchange.

The grill is great but I would have preferred it not have been delivered all put together. Some parts were not screwed together tightly and I was left to figure out where the left over screws belong because there was no manual included. I don’t really know if it was put together properly or not. It was obvious it had been sitting outside due to the dust and pollen that covered it. They could have at least wiped it down. Had I not needed it immediately I would have sent it back. For the price I paid I expected more from Hone Depot.

An excellent product. Solid construction and retains heat great. My smoker died a couple hours into a pork butt cook and I was able to use 1 burner and indirect heat finish the pork. Turned out amazing and held 225 temp for 10 hours no problem. Totally impressed.

Perfect size. Very well made.

Although the Weber grill was more expensive that other models, the quality is much better. Assembly took about 1.5 hours by myself, directions easy to follow. I real like the propane tank level indicator. Grilled the food perfectly!

Assembly went well, however, I noticed small changes from my previous Weber Spirit. Back panel has opening that allows burners to go out when there are moderate winds. New design to measure propane levels makes it very awkward to place tank inside unit. Inside flooring also has less metal to simply place tank if you don’t want to use awkward fuel gauge. Weber was thinking about themselves with this unit- not the customer. Buy two of the competition for price of this one.

Not so well done by Weber. My old Weber Spirit finally gave out so I bought another thinking it’ll be as great as the last one. Not true. Assembly was easy, however, new grill design appears engineered by someone who forgot some grilling basics and is more interested in looking for easy ways to eliminate metal from the product. There’s now a 20”x8” opening in back of grill at/near burner height that has led to grill flame going out on me twice already when light winds are around. This never happened with my old Spirit. They’ve also added an interior tank gauge that is very awkward to employ as you have to place a filled (read heavy) tank onto the meter from your knees so you can read your propane levels (not necessary in my opinion). If you don’t want to use the meter, the tank will rest on the ground as the interior hole the old set-up used for tank is now much larger. Other grills sold for a fraction of the cost of what I now feel will be a disappointing purchase.

The grill is great. Buying it at Home Depot was a disastrous experience.

Bought this 1.5 years ago and have never had a functional grill. I have dealt with delays of having parts on back order, only to have them arrive and the grill still not work. Weber has had a technician come out twice and the response I received was it can’t be fixed. Weber has done nothing to correct the situation. NEVER BUY THIS GRILL! Weber’s history of quality grills is clearly no longer there.

My last Genesis was 21 years old this fits nicely for my needs as far as space/cooking area. I like that the tank is inside not exposed

Easy assembly and sturdy. Even flames and heat.
