This grill is perfect for us. After having several Weber grills, which have all been excellent, we purchased this natural gas grill, as we have access to natural gas the first time.. This Weber Spirit gets to a high temperature fast, is easy to use and so far has given us perfect results.

We had to special order our natural gas BBQ and Customer Service (Liz) was just outstanding. They took care of all the ordering process and had it assembled. They called me when the unit was ready for pick up and it works great.

A very well built grill. Some assembly, of course, but a really nice grill.
There was some very minor damage to the base portion (looked like possible shipping issue) but was easily straightened out with a few taps of a rubber mallet. Fold down side tables are nice touch.

It gets hotter than my previous Weber which I wanted...
It gets hotter than my previous Weber which I wanted for searing steaks. Also I like the ignition process much better. The igniter works well and the second burner lights from the first one. So far, very happy with this grill.

We bought this grill to replace our Spirit S310 propane...
We bought this grill to replace our Spirit S310 propane grill that finally bit the dust. Even though it only has two burners, it has more grill surface area than the old model S310. We LOVE cooking with the natural gas connection, so we don't have to worry about empty propane tanks anymore!

While a lot of assembly is required, the parts are well labeled and fit perfectly. Once assembled, the grill is simple to connect and cooks each food perfectly following the guidelines provided. Well worth the additional cost over my previous grill.

Weber is a great BBQ grill. Home Depot was very accommodating and built the BBQ in their store prior to them delivering it to our home. The delivery people were great and the BBQ grill arrived in perfect condition.

Grill functions great. Wife and I assembled with zero problems. Fit and quality are excellent. Definitely recommend this grill. Home Depot tracking dropped off the tracking radar when a third-party carrier picked up the box from the warehouse. Took several days to travel 30 miles.

Love the grill, it is awesome in every way. I did order the extra part as suggested by another customer and needed it. The part was about 8 dollars. It was to connect to my natural gas line to the grill. It did take 2 people almost 2 hours to assemble.
