Assembly was a chore! Other than that pleased with the grill. Had some difficulty finding a compatible extension hose for the gas line.

A well-built quality grill with excellent heat distribution and easy clean.

Our old Weber grill was pretty old, so we were expecting a lot from a new one. We've had it only 2 weeks, but feel definitely that Weber has delivered. I've used the grill several times now and could name quite a few improvements. The important ones to me: The ignition; it lights quickly and easily. The heating up time. Our last grill never heated up as fast, even when new. The browning of the meat is better. The four casters (instead of two on the old model) makes moving the grill easier. There are probably more I can't think of off the top of my head, but we are extremely pleased with this new Spirit grill.

Assembly was easy enough and all parts fit together well. The natural gas burner is great and heats up fast. Never have to worry about running out of fuel.

Love this grill. Wanted the smaller two-burner, because I never used anywhere near the total grill space of my prior three-burner. Even with the two-burner, I grill on only one-half of the grill for a four-person family. The grill itself is terrific. It heats up fast and holds it heat pretty well. The grates are a thick and heavy cast iron, so they also hold heat well and impart a great sear on whatever I'm cooking. Overall? Love it.

The grill was easy to assemble. It is easy to work with and cooks everything evenly. I am very happy with it!

I really like the new grill except for one thing. That is the grill itself. I have only used it a couple of times, but each time the meat has stuck to the surface of the grill. If the grill surface was slick or smooth, I do not think that would happen. I almost did not buy the grill because of this. My last grill had a smooth surface on the grill itself and worked very well, but it got old and had to be replaced. I thought I could trust the Weber name so this would not happen, but it did. Hamburgers stuck. Chicken legs stuck. Steak stuck. What can I do?

It takes long to heat but cooks evenly

Vermin anyone? I just wrote a review for the 210 model but foolishly submitted it on the propane version. Anyway, if mice or rats are a problem, look it up once it's posted. The 210 and 310 models all have the same side design in any case and possible entry points.

Compact grill, well designed with bilateral folding tables. It has even heat and is quite hot compared to other grills I have used. Is natural gas hotter than propane? I assembled the grill myself and the directions are very clear, especially the way the screws and washers are labeled and lettered
