The shelves in the door have plenty of room especially for the milk. The lighting is plenty bright. Both ice makers are working very well and making plenty of ice. We are very happy with this purchase. I also enjoy working with Clark’s Appliances and Tire. Tammy is the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is great and fits our needs very well. Hubby loves the extra ice maker for filling coolers. My only disappointment is it took 3 being delivered before we got one with a minimal dent. The first one was very badly damaged, presumably by a forklift. The second had a very noticeable dent right below the ice maker.

The old Whirlpool still works great (now in our basement) but was hard to keep the doors free of fingerprints etc. Really like the French door layout on the new model and the flexible shelving configurations available. The in door water and ice dispenser will take some getting used to. Water flow is lower than the older model and the activating function lever is a little difficult the access

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 6 months ago and love it. Two ice makers that includes a bigger one in the freezer section. The ice maker clumps together in the refrigerator section. Occasionally, I remove the clumps from the top. It has a metal rod inside the container of ice and when you push the lever outside on the refrigerator door, it will stir the ice cubes up and come out nicely. It has lots of room for food to be placed. Right now, I removed one of the shelves so that I could put taller items on one shelf rather than always using the door for taller items. It has a nice center pullout shelf for the width of the refrigerator for larger jelly roll pan that you might be marinading your meat, etc.

The large middle drawer could almost freeze, so know that when putting in if you don’t want too cold. It does run somewhat as loud if not louder than our 22 y/o previous fridge but doesn’t really bother me… love the black stainless look.. going from a side-by- side to this model has been fine. Thought I would lose space but feel like I actually have a litte more. The slide back shelf was a must for tall pitchers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator! We have had to purchase two refrigerators in two years and the previous model (GE side-by-side) did not compare. The available shelf space is amazing and so visible. We can keep things organized so much better. I was worried about a bottom freezer being disorganized as well, but this has plenty of organizational features, with two shelves and multiple dividers.

We picked this because of the double ice maker and French door style. So far it’s been running silent and cooling perfectly. The stainless steel is also very nice. Very happy with my purchase!

I purchased this fridge last year as a gift. They have come out to service it 8 times for the same issue of water lines freezing and leaking. The damper, water valves and seals and control panel have been replaced (along with additional parts) and it will isn't working. I have requested the fridge be replaced, but Whirlpool won't stand behind their products. I do not recommend.

From meets function, it’s noticeable how they’ve thought of everything. Having come from a very similar refrigerator, the better product was certainly the Whirlpool. It’s quiet, smooth but sturdy and user friendly. We are going to replace all of our appliances with Whirlpool from now on. It sucks to learn the hard way but we’re happy we’ve found the superior appliance manufacturer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are loving this refrigerator! We love the pull out shelf on the top part and the fact that the shelves are adjustable. The drawers are great, too. It’s nice to have two ice makers—one for the door and a bigger one in the freezer. You can turn off the bottom ice maker to have more freezer space for food. I like the upper drawer and the sections in the freezer, too, for organization. It takes some getting used to the bottom freezer after having a side one for so long. I don’t think the bottom freezer holds as much and there aren’t as many options as far as shelving. The refrigerator also makes telephone ringing sounds after we close it every time. It’s not loud, though.

However, there’s always a puddle of water that forms in the top channel of the drawer on the freezer section and when I open the top doors, I have to use paper towels to soak it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this frig approx 2 months now. Interior design utilizes space well. Exterior surface doesn't show finger prints as easily as our last frig. Top icemaker overfills spills water - ice on interior of icemaker. We have since learned the top icemaker being defective is a common problem and the part is way backordered. I cannot even remove it ice bin from the door. Not sure if it frozen in or something else. The bottom ice maker makes ice painfully slow. We were gone for 8 days, ice maker was on - we are empty nesters so no one was using ice - and the ice bin was only 2/3 full when we got home. Water trickles slowly out of the water dispenser and even removing the filter doesn't help. If they corrected these 3 problems, I would give it a 5 star rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this month ago and I’m so happy that I did. We love that it has multiple ice makers and trees or we can make fast ice. The inside is super customizable and able to do whatever we need for our family. It also has a gallon jug hold her on the side of the door. The possibilities are endless.

I really like that the refrigerator has two icemakers (dispenser in the left door and ice bin in the bottom freezer); and the storage area design for a couple of frozen pizzas in the front of the freezer door is innovative. Room for improvement: My refrigerator came equipped with two (2) "Trivet, 2-Liter" door shelves in the left door and three (3) "Bin, Gallon" door shelves for the right door. Neither of the "Trivet, 2-Liter" door shelves can actually hold a 2-liter soda bottle due to a lack of vertical space for a 2-liter bottle. Note that I believe that three (3) "Trivet, 2-Liter" door shelves and two (2) "Bin, Gallon" door shelves would better align with typical customer needs. See attached JPEG images for details. A "Trivet, 2-Liter" door shelf in the bottom of the right door would hold 2-liter soda bottles and other tall bottles that require refrigeration. These taller bottles would likely be better stored in the door versus trying to have shelves in the main refrigeration area spaced for tall bottles.
