I am so disappointed in this purchase. I have written to the company and still have not heard from them. It is an attractive addition to our porch, however, it is VERY hard to regulate since it only has ONE Control for both the freezer and the refrigerator. Putting it only at the middle of the control, it freezes pop and they explode, and water freezes. To try and lower the temp, ice trays in freezer thaw, and water droplets form on the ceiling of the freezer...Very disappointing
