door does not fully close
After destroying the box to get this out, then attaching the handles i realized the larger door does not fully close. I called the number for the company as instructed and they said bring it back to the store so now i need to lug it back to Home Depot and hope they wont give me a hard time since it is not in the box and the wrapping is off. If I bother to try another i will be sure to be certain the doors close with a seal as aoon as i take it out if the carton. Who knew 🙄

Sent me a new one and a used floor model at full $
I ordered two of these and HD sent me two. One new and one used - FOR THE SAME price. It is a relative emergency (our large GE Cafe broke, and parts are on back order until May 22!!!! That is another review.) SO, I have a cruddy floor model and a new fridge. I called for a discount on the used one- I texted and they said over and over again that I would need to wait 3 minutes for 45 minutes. Then I called - got hung up on. I finally got through to Manuel (nice guy) who could not give a discount. Or pick up for over a week.

Missing parts
Notified Galanz 3 months ago I was missing parts for the second handle. Now they won't respond to my emails after giving me a reference number in regards to my problem! I'm tired of opening door without a handle. This will be the last Galanz product I will ever buy!

Roomy and durable Refrigerator for a small price
I purchased this Galanz 3.1refrigerator with freezer for my office from Home Depot. I was surprised of the size and how roomy it is. The price was remarkable and it cools and freezes well. This experience with Home Depot was beyond wonderful! First, the $35 deliver at home next day option was perfect for my last minute needs, and was convenient carrying in the heavy packaging. The mini fridge is beautiful, perfect, and matches the style in my apartment. Only the packaging was a bit difficult and irritated my skin, but otherwise PHENOMENAL!! Thank you!!

Great Product - Poor quality control
The two doors were not drilled for the door handles nor did the kit include the two door plates needed to install the handles after I would be required to drill the holes.
