Love this washer! Perfect for my family’s needs. Really glad I went with the metal lid because the laundry detergent fell onto it and I feel like the plastic lid would have cracked. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been less than a week and I already regret my choice. My previous washer died after less than 3 years so I needed a replacement fast. I purchased this model for the capacity and quick delivery. Despite selecting "deep water" for all my loads every time I spot check and open the lid, the water is barely covering the clothing. These aren't full loads. I constantly have to add more water. Which is annoying. Who wants to stalk their washer cycles for every load so they can remember to add more water to every wash and rinse cycle. There is also no fabric softener dispenser so if I want to add vinegar I have to stalk the load and estimate when it's rinse time to manually add my softener (or vinegar). My own fault for not researching more, but disappointed.

It maybe a safety feature for children but mine figured it out … Second thing I am not caring for is no spot to put the laundry soap in so I bought washer sheets so I knew the laundry detergent was getting on the clothes evenly… The only thing I love is it does its sole purpose of washing the clothes…also I went from a nicer cabrio set to this it is smaller then my cabrio set as I can only fit two large blankets in ( king size) the other set I could fit three it is decently large still! There is an annoying loud click when washer lid locks I wouldn’t recommend if your laundry room is close to bedrooms like mine is! The water pours in kind of loud my last set lasted 19 yrs without maintenance I will comeback with an update to this one if I make it another 19

Less than two years ago, I made the decision to invest in this washer. I am deeply disheartened to report that my washer has malfunctioned, requiring repair. Upon receiving the estimate for repair, which amounts to $1,032.65, I was shocked to discover that the cost exceeds that of purchasing a new washer altogether. While I did decline the extended warranty at the time of purchase, I never anticipated encountering a situation where a major repair would be necessary within such a brief period.

On top of the good quality, the washer is very well priced. We are very satisfied with our new washer and love Whirlpool products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bouth this washer in January 2024. After trying it several times, I am disappointed to find out that it did not live up to my expectations. THe settings are not user friendly and the user manual is not helpful. Moreover, the machine is very noisy when spinning and it jumps around and forward; it is unstable and has to be moved back to its place after almost every use. This is unaccepteble.

It not very noisy which is a big plus because I live in a single wide mobile home. Its functionality is very easy. My clothes come clean whether a light load or heavy load. I am very pleased and would recommend it to anyone who needs a washer

I asked the repair man (after he 2 yr old Maytag died) which brand was the best with the least problems. And he recommended Whirlpool. He said he hardly ever got calls on Whirlpool products. And even then, they were minor. Convinced me. This Whirlpool washer is a little smaller but runs smooth as silk.

With dials you could tell where in the cycle you were or skip to a setting you needed. After booking it up, we were trying to run some water to drain to check for leaks, but we couldn’t find a setting for this that wouldn’t run for a while. Daughter noticed some softener spots on pants so will need to use extra water. Wish there was a place to put softener rather than using a Downey ball. Large tub and had no issues washing a bedspread. It will just take time to learn. Had to post directions for now. Nothing against the machine. It works fine so far.

Purchase this washer to replace old whirlpool in which I loved over 20yrs old!, this washer never went pass soaking and sense cycle I call customer service and it took 6 people and over 4 hours to start the refund process. Thank goodness it never worked because you only have 48 hour return on appliances.
