A superior product for an extremely affordable price. Very hard to find both those qualities in one product. Its construction is strong and durable and it has a multitude of very diverse functionalities. It is beautiful too!

I have never had a quicker charger than this. The charger was easy to use and I plan to keep it clean so it will last a long time. I have used Dewalt products for a number of years and have not been disappointed.

I've had this about a week. This product works but the tolerances are a bit sloppy. The hole drilled will be generally vertical but depending on how you hold the drill and how you apply pressure when drilling, the hole may drift a few degrees off vertical. For most things that is good enough. If you need precise vertical holes like from a good drill press, you probably won't be happy with this product.

It really did the job I needed it to do. No complaints..

This device did exactly what I needed. It allows me to set a depth for drilling holes with a forstner bit, so that all of the holes have the exact same depth, and angle.

So far so good.

Drill guide worked well. However I found the chuck assembly to be a little sloppy. if not careful you would not drill the hole exactly center. other wise it did the job, and takes less space the a drill press.

It is not ad accurate as I expected when drilling through 2 inch thick wood. All assembled correctly.

Drill bit chuck wobbles and doesn't hold bit very well, causing bit to wobble too. All in all, I suppose one could use this thing for ROUGH drilling, but forget about precise centering as the shaky apparatus will be no good for anything else. Waste of money.

I had another tool similar. This is nicer a drill isn't bolted in it's own chuck means a more precise operation. For the price it works well.

It works as designed, but it was delivered to the store within a box, in a box that was torn and taped. It’s is missing the handle, but I was able to make it work.

Way too much slop, I can almost do as good of a job holding the drill by hand.

It worked perfectly for the project I did recently. I needed to drill out holes for deck lights which needed to be straight and exactly 1 inch wide. Great tool! Glad I bought it.

I wish it had a hex shaft for better grip on bits. Other than that it is sturdy and works well.

Multi angle portable drill press worked very well for our project. Performance exceeded expectations.

Worked perfect for helping me drill straight holes into metal in a situation that my drill press wasn't suitable. You can use the tool in places where a drill press just won't go. Good buy!

Too much slop in the chuck shaft. The overall movement is applified by the side-to-side slop between the guide bars and the cross guide when the depth stop is used and the springs are loaded unequally.

It worked for what I needed. Just wished the bushings on the chucks shaft were a lot more precise. It wobbles more than I like.

This is the lowest cost drill press I could find. It set up easily and did work for my project.

I was very disappointed with this item. Why? The shaft with the chuck is so loose in its bearing that it wobbles when drilling. The chuck itself is cheaply made and difficult to tighten with the chuck key. The vertical slide posts actually twisted out of plumb when the drill bit snagged on a knot (I had to try to straighten them out by clamping it in my vise and twisting it back). The vertical travel is too short to drill through a 6x6 post. This was on the first day I used it. I had to screw the base into a 2x6 board (with a 1" hole under the chuck) and clamp 2x6 board to the workpiece to make it semi-stable. Which made the drill depth even less. I guess it's slightly better than trying to drill a few shallow holes with no guide. I plan to return it for credit...

Did not work as well as I had hoped. Range of movement at 45 angle was limited.

It`s wobbly going up and down on the guide rails. The tolerance is not as tight as I would like. Yet, for a DYIer, this might be just find and it`s the only reason I would recommend this product, otherwise if you`re more concerned with good tolerance on the guides then don`t buy this.

This unit has too much give, it was impossible to drill a perpendicular hole. Couldn’t initiate my project, and returned it to HD right away.
