I am a home inspector and this is the ladder I use daily. This is the second one I have purchased for my company.

Feels very sturdy. locks well but the little lock verification flags don't work well. Be careful collapsing sections a they can pinch pretty bad, but in all honesty that might be because I need a bit more practice with it.

Love that is is so compact for a tall ladder. Easy to store. Just be very careful with your hands and fingers when collapsing rungs

Sturdy & Stable; easy to extend; easy to retract and store away. Spent a lot of time looking around. Be wary: lots of knock-offs elsewhere online that are not rated by legit Standards and when you read the fine print on those you can see why. I figured best not to take a chance on ladder safety. We are very satisfied with this ladder.

I have performed over 6000 inspections over 3.5 years with this ladder and it has never let me down! I essentially wore the thing out and just bought a new one.

Perfect for what I was needing - a ladder that could be easily stored and yet provided enough height to reach all portions of my exterior roof overhang. Just a warning - be careful when bringing in the ladder as it is easy to pinch your fingers if you're not paying attention.

Great quality product, very safe feeling. Im a smaller guy but carried over 100lbs up it with no wobble completely extended at 15.5'.

Great ladder. It's actually my second Xtend + Climb. My last one eventually had to be replaced (see below). I bought this ladder because I had to paint a spiral staircase and it was the only one that would fit. It basically replaces an extension ladder, but is much more convenient. I have an extension ladder and will probably never use it again after buying this telescoping one. The only problem with this ladder is that, for long life, you have to keep it clean. When I use it for painting, paint drips onto the stiles and eventually gums everything up. I don't think there's any way around it. I've tried various solvents and paint thinners to remove the paint residue but due to the tight tolerances, eventually you're going to have a problem. I tried silicone lubricant, as per the Xtend + Climb recommendation, but that just made the entire ladder seize up and become useless. My advice, don't try to lubricate it. If you need to, you'll be buying another ladder. This ladder is the home version which has a looser tolerance than the pro or contractor grade. My previous Xtend + Climb was the blue contractor grade version, and I definitely noticed that the home version wasn't as rigid. But hopefully the looser tolerance will allow me to use it longer because it won't be as susceptible to seizing. Also, the styles on the home version are smooth and not the matte finish on the contractor version which hopefully will allow me to more completely wipe off gunk and keep it clean. BTW, this thing compacts like a guillotine. I can't believe the company hasn't figured out a pneumatic design to slow the rails down when you're closing it.

Compact. Easy to store indoors. Sturdy enough. Light and easy to carry. Purchased this ladder to change a difficult to reach HVAC filter. Filter is in the Master Bedroom. Did not want to carry a ladder from the garage to the Master Bedroom which are at the opposite ends of the house. Able to store the ladder in the bedroom closet.

Thd ladder is beefy. Be aware, it will bend a bit when you extend it out, but once on place , it is fine. I love the fact i can make it any length i want to suit the situation in one foot increments. When closing it down, instructions warn you to keep fingers, and hands away from the moving parts. You probably will get the edge of your hand pinched before you really inernalize the warning ! There is no need to ask how i know ! I like that it takes up very little space when it is completely collapsed. I have no room for an extension ladder ! Would i do it again? Absolutely !

Easy to operate, light enough to carry and tall enough to do what we need it for. Convenient to fit inside a cargo van.

Perfect ladder option for painting narrow interior skylight shaft.

I live in a small ranch home and having a compact ladder is perfect for my needs and use. Only word of caution is be careful not to pinch your fingers when collapsing the ladder. That's my only concern, other than that I like the ladder a lot and would recommend it.
